The St. Charles String Quartet was great. They arrived very early to warm up and set up their equipment. The music during the ceremony was beautiful and exactly what we wanted. The price for an hour of playing was very competitive compaired to other quartets that I looked at. The only complaint that I had was that it took them a little while to get back to me on a couple of occassions, although they did get back to me eventually. Other than that, I would strongly recommend them for any special event.

They were late, instead of being at the location at 6 to start setting up to begin playing at 6.30 while guests were being seated, all musicians were finally there, a few minute before the ceremony started - otherwise, they were great.

We would highly recommend the St. Charles String Quartet. They were so easy to work with and we found them to be quite talented and professional.

Using St. Charles String Quartet was super easy. I watched and listened to them online. Then, I emailed them and finally booked online. It was the easiest process ever! They showed up to the wedding, played and left. I never even spoke to them. Some people may think that is weird, but in the craziness of planning a wedding, I really did need something easy and not high maintenance. They weren't in my face and they did their job expertly...even in windy conditions! I would recommend them to anyone!

St. Charles String Quartet offered complete professionalism. They were not only reliable but they were flexable. The weather during the event was a bit unpredictable, however they were not affected by it, and remained calm and reserved. Thank You!

Neil Puzon was a great resource as we planned out the music for our wedding reception. He, on behalf of the St. Charles String Quartet was very knowledeable and accommodating. On our big day, we received many complements on the music -- everyone loved the mix of classical and current favorites and the St. Charles String Quartet was gracious enough to take requests. They did a great job and we wholeheartedly recommend them!
