Wedding Reviewed on February 23, 2009 From Silverthorne, CO
:
The couple explained in follow up conversations that they were pleased with our music. They thought our music was beautiful and appreciated our being a part of their wedding day. There may have been logistical concerns about adequate cover for the outdoor ceremony and placement of the quartet during the cocktail hour. Ptarmigan will be more clear in the future about what kind of cover and floor space is adequate. We enjoyed performing the ceremony and cocktail hour music for Maiya and Cody's wedding.Review by Jeffrey M.

Dear Natalia, thank you so much for taking your time to leave feedback about our service and music. Your happiness with our music is the most important thing of all, so we're happy that you consider us to be professional and that we performed all your special requests very well. We apologize for any convenience related to your providing a protective pop-up tent. Violins and cellos cost many thousands of dollars and can be ruined if exposed to sun and rain. Many wedding venues provide protective cover/enclosures for musicians and DJ's which is so considerate for everyone. We suggested a dryer, hard surface for better sound. Thanks again, we appreciate it!
