Bruce was so accommodating and professional. He was early for the event, and brought everything he might need. He was careful about dressing appropriately. I really liked the depth of his repertoire, and ability to play any and everything stylistically.

Bruce was the guitarist at our wedding on September 9, 2017. He was so accommodating before the wedding with all the answers to my many questions. Bruce learned a song to accompany a singer during our ceremony that last minute we changed and also learned other songs that I love. All of his music turned out phenomenal! He even provided a speaker and microphone for our officiant, toast, etc which was such a hero move because I was having a very hard time finding someone to provide these things for us. Bruce’s music was amazing and one of my favorite things at our wedding. He made our wedding so beautiful! I can not thank him enough for everything he did for us!

Bruce is a fine musician and was delightful to work with! He responded quickly and was flexible in meeting the needs for the birthday party. He was prompt and professional and had a great sense of humor, too. The guest of honor and group at the nursing home really enjoyed his playing. Would hire him again!!

Bruce was such a delight at our intimate, small wedding! We wanted to give our immediate family of 16 a wonderful, memorable experience and Bruce's talent and playlist created the perfect, fantastic ambiance. We also had a song special to us and Bruce was so accommodating - he learned the song quickly and played it flawlessly! Our families were so delighted to hear it as well, and loved that we had a classical guitarist who added to the specialness to our wedding. We would highly recommend Bruce, especially for weddings and/or intimate events - you'll love having his music provide that extra special touch to your event!

From the very beginning up until the end, my experience with Bruce was excellent. He responded to my inquiry right away, and was responsive right up until the day he played. He understood the type of jazz I wanted him to play and provided an extensive playlist from which I selected songs. He was friemdly, accommodating. and just a really pleasant guy to be around. And he's SUPER talented musically. He was a perfect addition to my dad's Celebration of Life - not overpowering, so people could still converse, but great to have in the background. His music really added to the warmth and upbeat feeling of the day. I know my dad was smiling, from wherever he was.

Bruce is AMAZING! I hired him for my parent's 50th wedding surprise. Not only did he play the requested songs....he ASKED if he could create a song while staying with same quote. The song he sang about how my parent's met was so romantic. He was very personable, great sense of humor, and he fit right in with the very small event. He was also very flexible as he originally was to play in Santa Cruz, but played in Folsom due to closure of hwy 17. Being a surprise...and my parents late....he extended his playing time without complaint nor rushing the party as my parents ended up singing with him and were enjoying themselves. Thanks Bruce!!!

I had an outdoor dinner event that Bruce played guitar for us. He was a blast to work with. He came early, was prepared with everything he needed and played to the guests. It was perfect. Booking: Bruce was incredibly responsive and detailed when we were setting up the booking. He made me feel very confident in hiring him to play guitar for our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour.
Planning: Bruce has an extensive list of songs and accommodated our song choices. We spent time speaking before the wedding to discuss all of the details of the day (down to my preference in his outfit for the day!).
Event: Bruce is an excellent guitar player and very professional. His music complimented our wedding venue perfectly and made the day even more special. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for beautiful guitar music, especially for a wedding.

Bruce Brill is a fantastic musician and the perfect choice if you are looking for music for your wedding. I recently had the honor of having Bruce's music at my wedding ceremony in Golden Gate Park, and the atmosphere that he created was just lovely.
