They were terrific arriving on time, fabulously dressed and provided great music. They serenaded the bride and groom as they arrived and then proceeded to play for the guests with the bride and groom dancing to their music. All guests thought they were fantastic and most importantly so did the bride and groom.

Awesome! Definitely will have them back at our next celebration! The vocalist has a wonderful voice. He did an amazing job singing along with a female vocalist that sang Cucurucucu Paloma. I was amazed. All my friends and family asked constantly about where I found the band. Definitely told them all about gigmasters.com!

The band was not at all what we had experienced in the past from Marichi performers. They had to read the song lyrics from their phone which was not professional at all. Most of the songs requested by the family they did not even know. We were not at all satisfied. Their appearance was acceptable and they were friendly enough but over all we were not pleased.

Great band! When running a little late to the party due to bad traffic, but I received a quick phone call updating me of their location. We received MANY compliments on their performance, from both the restaurant staff and those attending the party. The musicians were very kind and professional. My only complaint was with the business office or gig masters. I paid online beforehand. The band was not aware that I had paid, and after calling the business office and confirming, they left. But then the business office called me to confirm that I had paid. I forwarded them the receipt and all was fine, but I don't understand why this was a point of confusion.

Individual handling contract, scheduling bookings for the marachi had difficulting discussing, answering questions and returning phone calls, even when discussion was done in Spanish. Email correspondence was in English, but when a queston was posed,even after booking was set, response was alway the same as previous emails.

I requested at least one female singer - none were provided. Ask for either white or bone color mariachi dress. They said they would dress color bone - they didn’t. Requested they have their own microphone - they said they would - none were used!

Mariachi Viajeros was professional from initial contact. Their representative was in touch regularly, easing stress of wedding planning. Mariachi Viajeros plan ahead requesting, in advance, if we had any particular music to be played. I would recommend working with Mariachi Viajeros again and to others. Their performance was beautiful, highlighting the talent of the musicians to the enjoyment of the bride and groom, along with their guests.

The reason for the rating, which should have been a “0” across the board! I hired mariachis viajeros and that is not who showed up! I was specific when I hired, wanting the young group that was composed of men and woman’s and that is not who showed up. I demand a refund of some sort! You guys are rip offs and clearly did not uphold your end of the contract. I ended up with some group called Mariachi Mi Mexico. That was not who I hired! Please contact me or I will contact customer service myself tomorrow. Not a happy client!!

A great group of 7 mariachis showed to surprise a good friend of mine for his 60th birthday. The birthday boy grew up in South Texas and is a mariachi connoisseur as are many of our friends. Everyone was blown away by this group that was absolutely fantastic. Both the female and male vocalists were amazing as was the entire band. We asked for some pretty obscure songs and after maybe 30 seconds of discussion among the band, they began and executed flawlessly. I highly recommend Mariachi Viajeros with 5 stars.
