The Mariachi Viajeros De America were fantastic. They played an hour and all of my guest enjoyed their performace. Many took some of their business cards and will keep handy if they ever want a mariachi group in the future. I would certainly call them again if I had the need. Thank you.

Everyone was very impressed by their talent. The girls that sang solos had beautiful voices, however, the one youngest girl that didn't have a solo looked very unhappy to be there. They were on time and they handle our special request very well. They were able to perform most of our requests and looked very nice in uniform. I would definitely hire them again.

The Mariachi group was unable to accomadate the time previously agreed upon for the efternoon at a mothers day fiesta for my mother and aunt who both lost their husbands recently. So we came to an agreement to have Mariachi Viajeros serenade my mother at the early hours of the morning and then drive down the road to my aunts house for a serenade, since this was their gift from me. They did not arrive at the agreed upon time for the first serenade, instead an hour later. All in all though, they were accomadating in driving to the second serenade, and played so well both mothers cried and bragged the entire day on their authentic professionalism and wonderful music.

The Mariachi Viajeros De America were very good and the audience really enjoyed them. I had to change the time by 30 minutes due to a conflict with the dinner. We had a problem with the contract that Servio and I communicated with each other vs. the GigMaster contract which I never saw. The price for the quartet was $225.00 and Servio called the afternoon of the performance wanting more money plus $50.00 for gas. On my contract the price was shown as $225.00 and travel expense was marked with a "0". Our Rally event was on a budget so $225.00 was agreed upon and we paid $50.00 for travel expense. Servio admitted he had not looked closely at our contract.

Ms. Avery actually altered the terms of our bid agreement on the contract she sent us. This was drastically in her favor. Admittedly, we failed to review the contract carefully before the event date. When we brought this to her attention, she demanded that "we have a contract" and we should honor it. In the interest of customer satisfaction, we provided Ms. Avery with a full hour of performance completely free of charge per her alteration. Her guests were very gracious and generous with tips and we almost made up for our loss with her. We trust that Ms. Avery is aware that she received a free hour of music.

I sent a list of songs ahead of time that we definitely wanted. The singer was reading lyrics off his phone. I thought if I sent songs ahead of time- there shouldn't be the need for that. They were good with the songs they knew though. I just thought it was unprofessional to use our time to look up lyrics.

I appreciate that they accommodated the time given; however, I was unimpressed with their professionalism when it came to payment. There was a lack of communication concerning that issue, and their timing for payment considering it was a wedding was horrible. The attitude presented about this issue was irritating and not managed in an appropriate manner.

Miss Peralez attempted to change the performance time one week prior to the event. Unfortunately, we book several events per weekend and we already had a Gigmasters booking with another customer later that evening. Waiting for Miss Peralez's irate and rude Bridesmaid to complete payment caused us to arrive late at the subsequent event. She should have been better prepared. The second customer, Mr. Gonzalez was very pleased in spite of our tardiness and you may read his comments on this same web page.

The Mariachi Viaheros De America were the HIGHLIGHT of our Mexican Fiesta Birthday party. We could have searched the world over and not found a more perfect group of entertainers. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing this type of entertainment. Wow! Fantastic, beautiful music, professional, on time, courteous ! One could not ask any for any better. I would give them an A+++++++++! Over the top incredible!

Mariachi De America did a fabulous job. Their performance and professionalism was great. We were running behind schedule at our event and the band was gracious enough to delay their start time a little and work with us. They provided just the right number of performers to accomodate the size of our event. I would highly recommend Mariachi De America to friends, family, or anyone that was looking for this type of entertainment. I will definitely request them again. What a FANTASTIC performance! My Mom was so surprised, she actually starting crying when she heard them play. They played and sang beautifully. The talent was more than I expected. The guests went on and on about how good they were. I was so busy organizing the party and they were great about sending me messages and staying on top of things. I would definitely book them again and highly recommend them to all of my family and friends.

Mariachi Viajeros De America are AMAZING! I am so glad I hired them for our wedding. They were professional, accommodating, and just plain talented! The guitars, horns, and violins were all solid, and the vocals were excellent. I didn't get to sit down and enjoy their playing as much as I would have liked, but I was very impressed by the harmonies and the FOUR different soloists I heard. They looked great and had an excellent repertoire of songs. On top of all that, Severo and the band are great sports. An unexpected rain storm caused some major changes to our plans and the band handled all the last-minute changes with smiles. I'd definitely hire them again.

Mariachi Viajeros De America were excellent! They were prompt, professional, and had wonderful voices! Severo Lopez was very responsive to us (phone and email), easy to work with, and the group played all of the songs we requested. We received a lot of compliments about their performance. We received many compliments on this band. Many people wanted to know where they came from. Our personal feeling was that they were superb. I would recommend they invest in a sound system of their own because that would make them even better. They could not have been more accommodating or pleasant to work with.

Mariachi Viajeros did a great job at my wedding cocktail hour.
They were on-time and even dressed in my wedding colors! They played and sang loudly so everyone could hear. They were great entertainment and I would definately recommend them.
