James was amazing. He learned two requested songs and absolutely nailed them. He was beyond punctual and extremely professional from start to finish. I had asked that he play for maybe 15-20 minutes after the service while we were having pictures taken, and by our best approximation he played for about an hour. ?? He was easy to communicate with prior and exceeded our expectations. 10/10 would recommend to a friend!

We booked James on short notice, so we were happy the timing worked. He was always quick to respond to emails with any questions we had. He even met us the day before the ceremony to play some songs for us and to help us decide on final decisions. He was very friendly, thorough, and professional. He did a fabulous job at our wedding ceremony and many friends asked for his info b/c they would love to hire him later at their own events. You can't go wrong with James...he was great all around.

James (AKA Smoove Jimmy) was the BEST!!! His professionalism, talent,and accommodating and kind personality were all extremely impressive. He played acoustic guitar and sang for our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour, then DJ'ed the reception. It was all absolutely perfect and so much fun. We had multiple guests compliment James' music and state that it was the best wedding music they have ever heard. He simply went above and beyond- learning a new song for us, playing my parents' wedding song and creating a special moment for them, and playing the perfect balance of music all night, keeping the dance floor full until the very end!

James was amazing. All of our guests commented on how wonderful he was. A few also wanted to sing along with him and he welcomed them in. We also asked if we could go over the allotted time, which, he had no problems with as well. The music he played was outstanding and his professionalism impeccable. I would recommend him for any event.

James was an unbelievable Mc, musician and DJ. He was enthusiastic and was flexible with any last minute changes. Definite recommend James as a DJ or live musician for our event. He can play all genres including Latin, country, pop, and hip hop.

James was wonderful. He was very accommodating with requests and even took the time to learn a song I wanted payed for my walk down the aisle. He played guitar for cocktail hour and transitioned to DJing for the reception. He played favorites, requests, and improvised based on the crowd. I would hands down recommend him for any event. Such a talented man! =)

Very professional, very talented... maybe include more variety of songs played (we heard the same song 3 times in 3 hours). Other than that, he is willing to do whatever is needed for your event. We recommend him.
