I'm incredibly happy with Katie and the Band! I hired them for my wedding reception and they completely understood the feeling I was hoping for our reception. They listened to all my suggestion and learned a special song for my parents as well! Katie was super sweet and very communicative. And they sounded great! I was really pleased with the whole exchange!

We loved having Katie Harris and the Secret Jazz Band play at our wedding reception! They were the absolute perfect finishing touch to the night. Even though we planned a wedding on a budget, the Secret Jazz Band made the evening so much more elegant and lovely. They were so flexible when our planned schedule fell through, incredibly polite and professional, and so talented! I would highly recommend to anyone. The music was absolutely fantastic! We received numerous compliments from our family and friends, and we'll be passing on this band's name to anyone who asks us for great music and an exceptional vocalist. Also, in addition to the wonderful music itself, it really was a pleasure to work with Katie. She made everything very easy, and we had complete confidence that the evening would go smoothly, which it did. It made an enormous difference to us knowing that we could rely on her. After our event, we spoke with her and the rest of her band members. All of them were very respectful and enjoyable to speak with. We highly recommend this band to everyone.

Katie was absolutely awesome for our wedding! From start to finish, she was the utmost professional and responsive in helping us to create a special event within our budget. She went above and beyond by working with our (less-than-organized) event planner at our reception hotel and our another entertainer that we had hired for the event. We had one disaster after another with the hotel, but I never had to worry for a second about the music. I can honestly say that Katie's experience, professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile truly made our wedding ceremony and reception come together seamlessly! As for her performance, our guests loved the music!

Katie Harris and The Secret Jazz band were absolutely incredible! I hired them to play my 1920's themed 30th birthday and they not only sounded but looked the part. They showed up nearly 3 hours early to set up, which was so helpful in relieving some of the stress associated with planning and getting ready for a party. I would hire them again in an instant, the only thing I would do differently next time is find more time to relax and listen :)

My overall experience with Katie Harris and band was phenomenal! I highly recommend this band! Katie has excellent communication skills. In addition, she is extremely organized, reliable and was very flexible to our schedule. She made sure to ensure that the job gets done.
This band will set a great ambiance to any setting. They get my highest recommendation.

Katie Harris is the ideal dancer's musician. Her music makes experienced dancers want to dance and makes others want to learn to dance. She was the best live musician we've ever heard among dance bands. Everyone at our wedding reception was raving about her, and she was the highlight of the evening. She feels the music she sings at her core and clearly enjoys performing. Her announcing skills were also excellent. She even learned a special song for our first dance, and recorded it at a studio for us at no additional cost. She was always professional, always reliable, and a genuine, kind person. I firmly believe that you should hire her in a heartbeat.

We hired Kate and her trio for our wedding reception. After hearing samples and interacting w/ her on phone/email, we felt confident that she was the one we wanted. Listening to her live during the wedding reception was even better. We loved Kate's captivating voice and vocal talent and she set a classy and fun mood for the evening. Many of our guests also loved the music. She and her group were very accommodating with our special request of doing a vocal and violin solo with them. Overall, she was professional, very talented and we would confidently recommend Kate to anyone. My wife, a professional violinist who is selective w/ praise, thought she was exceptional.

Katie, together with her piano and bass players, entertained at our West LA holiday party. Katie is warm, adorable and a wonderful talent. Her sidemen are serious, accomplished musicians. Having Katie Harris Jazz perform in our home is a reminder of the depth of talent we have in Southern California. She'd be a headliner working a regular gig in another part of the country. The guest list of was a sophisticated group of 90 that ranged in age from early mid 20s to 80,and included several entertainment moguls. Everyone loved the trio. If you like good jazz and fine musicianship and a cool vibe delivered with warmth, Katie Harris is for you.

The Secret Jazz Band Featuring Katie Harris made my day so incredibly special. They were professional, on time, and prepared with the song selections and announcements. Having live music at the wedding made such a difference. As a surprise, our family members request they play a song for us. The band was more than accommodating and seemed thrilled to welcome the opportunity to play with more people. Katie sang beautifully and the other players did an incredible job. Even after lots of people had moved outside, the band continued to play and it was a great moment for us to sneak in another dance. They made my wedding the best day of my life.

Katie Harris helped make our wedding so beautiful. She really pulled the event together. She was very professional from the first time I contacted her. She always responded to emails and phone calls within a day or less and was very accommodating. She arrived early to the event and was so pleasant with my family as well as the wait staff. Not only did she do the music, but she also MC'd the event which worked out great for us. Everyone had a great time dancing and could not sing her praises enough. Thank you so much Katie! I can't say enough about Katie Harris and her band. Katie responded quickly to all my emails and calls, and was so accomodating....the band even learned a special arrangement of our first dance song. Their performance was AMAZING, and all the guests were commenting on how much they enjoyed the music. We would hire them again for any occasion!! Our guests enjoyed Katie and her bandmates. They played wonderful music for the aquarium. Several guests wouldn't leave the room; and sat for hours listening to her sing. It was an incredible night!!
