Darius was great. We hired him to play our wedding ceremony. We spoke a few times and he was always polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. He suggested songs and worked with our suggestions. He arrived early and was dressed in traditional piper outfit. All our guests were impressed. He was friendly and kind to us and our guests. He played the pipes (powerfully!) and the Irish whistle during the ceremony. The whistle was great for readings; Darius cut each song short but ended them on a good note once the readers reached the podium. He is an exceptional musician. We were lucky to find such a talented, experienced piper to play for us. I want to hire him again.

Amazing! Darius kept our guests entertained as the prior church service was finishing off, escorted guests to and from the wedding venue, all with great music and a smiling face. Would definitely recommend as a unique way to celebrate your special day!!

Darius played at our wedding (which was a very eclectic mix) and he worked with us to find the right music that fit! It was a Jewish/Irish event and he was able to play classic reels, the hava nagila AND the Rolling Stones on the pipes. He was fabulous and mingled with our guests after. Highly recommended and will use him again.

Darius of Bagpipes For All Occasions was simply amazing! I have loved bagpipes since I was a very little girl. I told my husband a long time ago that I would love to have bagpipes at my wedding and so he surprised me with actual bagpipes at my reception. The most wonderful and enjoyable surprise! Darius was exceptional...he played many songs for us and had a wonderful, most enjoyable spirit to him. He was so sweet and took pictures with us after he was finished playing! Thank you to Darius and to Bagpipes For All Occasions for making our wedding the most memorable event of our lives!

Darius did a wonderful job. He knew just the right kind of pieces to play for the event, and was prompt and courteous. Many people told me they thought he played excellently, and that the bagpipes had been such a nice addition to the service. I would certainly hire him again for any event.

Hearing the bagpipes as I started to get ready to walk down -- made it all real and so special. Darius is so sweet and called me days before the wedding to check in on me :) everyone commented how beautiful the music was and he really made us feel like royalty that day. Thanks, Darius!!

Wow, I don't know where to begin. From the moment I met Darius, I knew our wedding was going to be a memorable event. My husband did not know anything about this. I wanted it to be a surprise for him and his family. They were shocked. At first they thought it was a CD playing, and then Darius appeared and oh boy, everyone was amazed.
Darius was great. He was so professional. He was very helpful in helping me select the music for our wedding day. I cannot say enough about him. Darius is a very talented musician and if I ever have another reason to use him, I certainly will. I highly recommend him.

Bagpipers for all occasions was excellent, professional and very accommodating. I also appreciate his honesty!! I overpaid him and he promptly noticed the overpayment and approached me regarding how to refund me. And followed up later that day with an email to my home email address so that I would not forget to email him the information as to where to send the refund. I would hire him again and recommend him to everyone.
Thank you for a wonderful experience and adding to a wonderful wedding ceremony!! Guests also told me that they had asked him what song he was paying and he did not mind being asked.
