Geoff was great. He helped me pull off a groom's pratical joke. He played the songs that I requested. There were a few songs that I asked him to specifically play. He played every one. He was very professional.

Jeff arrived well in advance of start time and was set up and ready to go. He did a terrific job of capturing the type of music we wanted played at our event and contributed significantly to the overall success! He even continued to play for a while after the stop time, as the guests were still having a great time and not ready to go. I would definitely use him again.

We hired Jeff for our high school prom this year and I couldn't have asked for anything more! His fee was phenomenal and he was very accomodating. Jeff brought along what he called "minimal" lighting, but the lights were great and really added something extra to our event. Everyone loved the music he played and people danced throughout the entire night without stopping. I would definitely hire him again!

Jeff was really professional and did a great job dj'ing our wedding reception. He did a great job announcing the events when he was supposed to! The only complaint that i have is that i wished he would have played more current music. I gave him a request list that included Beyonce, Britney Spears,and other pretty current music. I had assumed that based on all of our requests that he would know to play more music similar to that because we are a young couple (23 and 24) but some of his music was pretty old fashioned. Once we let him know of that concern he did a great job at adjusting to our tastes and everybody danced the night away :) THANK YOU JEFF !

Where do I begin? Yes, the customer provided a song request list, and I used the list during the event. However, Beyonce, Britney Spears, Jay-Z and Lady GaGa are NOT dinner music selections, and I used appropriate, wide variety music during this time. While the wedding couple was young, not all of the guests were. As the evening progressed, the parents and families of the bride and groom expressed displeasure to me that I was not playing any "older" music, so I tried to accommodate them. And yes, the crowd danced all night.

Jeff Davis DJ's are good at what they do. I had given him carte blanche with the sequence of events but had to tell him what was coming next. This wasn't as big a deal as our complaint about the outward appearance of him and his assistant. They were both not dressed for a Saturday evening wedding and that immediately turned us off and we were embarrassed before our guests.

I coordinated with the staff, wedding party and wedding coordinator to make announcements. I used the timeline provided by the bride, as well as the coordinator, and did what I was asked to do, in a timely, professional fashion. I wore a freshly dry cleaned black tux, loaded in wearing street clothes, and changed into my tux an hour before any guests arrived. I showered immediately prior to the gig and was well groomed. My assistant was wearing a nice black evening outfit. The guests applauded me at the conclusion of the evening. I will reserve my observations about the bride's overall demeanor, and rude actions toward the entire support staff, at this event.

I was pleased with Jeff's talent as a dj. He listened very well to our requests and was perfect in providing exactly what we asked for. I was a little disappointed with his communication skills in terms of being personable with me and my husband when he arrived....I didn't find him friendly and personable...it may have just been an off night. Otherwise he was good.

Perhaps I was dealing with the 2 flights of narrow stairs that she didn't mentioned, carrying up heavy equipment without marring the wall. Or perhaps I was walking back from 2 blocks away, in the cold rain, because the driveway had to be free from cars to make a "welcoming" appearance. Maybe I was rushed into moving my van before I had moved all of my equipment in, and made sure everything was working properly first. So I play every request the customer wanted, emceed all of their games and contests, handed out birthday presents, had their guests dancing all night, and received a generous tip from the husband. Amazing.

Unfortunately their system didnt work. We played our own music till 10:00. They showed up on time - but had systems problems and were unable to deliver the contracted service.

Laura arrived at 5:45 for a 7 to midnight performance. A software failure prevented starting at 7, but the customer had backgound music playing. Backup was in place by 8:45, NOT 10, and she played until 1am at the request of the customer due to the late start. The customer was refunded half of the amount paid. He contracted 5 hours, and was provided over 4 hours, even with the delayed start. The customer and some guests were verbally abusive, with profanities directed at Laura for a situation which we corrected as quickly as possible. Excessive alcohol consumption by the customer and guests was a factor. Most guests had a good time, danced and enjoyed themselves.
