WeddingReviewed on September 29, 2007From Racine, WI

I thought they were wonderful, although I did hear from numerous guests that they could have been more involved in the crowd. I guess I was to busy to notice...

PromReviewed on May 25, 2009From Madison, WI

They made their services sound extra special. They were not any different from a classic service so the extra money was not worth it. They were easy to get ahold of and work with.

:

Our contracted start time was 8pm, most attendees did not arrive until about 9:15pm. We received many requests that evening and coordinated (at a moment's notice) the announcement of prom court in addition to trying to get someone from the venue to dim the lights. With a contracted end time of 11:30pm along with the previously mentioned requests/announcements, this leaves little time to squeeze in all requests for a diverse crowd of approximately 600 students. I'm sorry your comments were not more favorable. Hopefully you will take into consideration what occured "behind the scenes" as well as the dancefloor full of students for a solid 2+ hours.

Wedding ReceptionReviewed on November 6, 2010From Kenosha, WI

Stood in the hallway for almost a half an hour when the DJ refused to introduce us and the wedding party until 7 p.m., when we asked for 6 p.m. Wouldn't introduce us until we agreed to pay another hour for services we had already paid for in advance. Later apolgized and dropped the charge but the damage had already been done. Attemped to change our reception schedule to what they wanted, not what we requested.

:

Contract signed by client stated start time of 7pm, we even set up early at no charge to not interfere with dinner. On forms, bride chose to be intro'd before 1st Dance, after 6pm dinner. Clients shown forms as proof. Let client know we would forgo extra hour charge for early intro as our gift to them. We managed to include last second arrivals in the intros, assisted guests carrying plates (inc. bride's parents), played requests immediately & did all according to clients’ planning forms. DJ cannot control everything, when wedding party isn't in venue, guests feel ignored. We worked very hard to coordinate event & regret that this did not satisfy the client.
