Gretchen was so wonderful to work with, customized our play list to our "more mature" crowd, kept the dance floor hopping but kept the volume in the hall down enough so that party goers of this reunion of sorts could still talk to each other- striking a very difficult balance. I would definitely use her again and recommend her without hesitation.

They played a great variety of music for us. We had a wide age range of guests and at some point throughout the night everyone got out on the dance floor.

Gretchen was absolutely amazing at contributiing to the atmosphere and the overall magical feeling of the evening. Her ability to keep with the 1940's theme we created was superb! They played exactly the type of music that we wanted. It was like they read our minds. We got many compliments. We started off with 70s and 80s music and they played favorites and not just the number 1s, but 1hit wonders as well. They took a lot of time with us before the event and people danced to the very end! I also liked their compact Bose speakers since we had limited space. Great job!

All Events DJ Service was 100% focused on making our wedding day everything we wanted it to be. They were able to address all of our requests and worked with us to customize our reception to be everything we wanted it to be. They also helped us find rare song requests. Overall, their professionalism, proactiveness, and personal interest in making our wedding day perfect helped alleviate all of our anxiety about whether or not our guests would have a great time at our wedding. Everything went off without a hitch, and we and our guests had an awesome time. I would recommend Gretchen and her crew at All Events DJ Service to anyone planning a wedding or other event.

We had All Events DJ for our wedding reception. They were GREAT!!! Gretchen had about 50 people on the dance floor until the very end of the night. It was nonstop fun and she knew exactly what to play. She MADE out reception! She played everything that we asked for and she was able to do any changes in the middle of everything. WELL WORTH THE MONEY!!!!

From the first time I encountered Gretchen, I knew that I would be pleased working with her. She spent hours on the phone with me (literally) discussing every detail of my wedding plans, ideas, hopes, etc. She embraced my vision and offered insight and suggestion wherever and whenever needed. Throughout the months of planning she remained communicative, responsive and flexible. On the day, she and Fred were on time, prepared, pleasant, helpful and so much fun! They played everything on our playlist and accommodated requests except when she was honoring our wishes NOT to play something. After the wedding she left us with cds of all of our songs...an unexpected gift!

Gretchen was great. Our booking was last minute due to a cancellation of our previous DJ and she was prompt and accomodating to our last minute needs. She was on time, played the perfect mix of songs based on a small list we gave her to work from. She provided some ideas to help us finalize our plans and she definitely understood the overall feel we wanted for our event.

Gretchen and her assistant were fantastic. We were in touch several times over the phone and via email to plan our wedding since we did not live locally to meet with them face to face. They really made this easier than we could've imagined! Their references gave them great reviews and we do too. They are professional and arrived 2 hours before the wedding began to set up, and honored all of our wishes. We got great feedback from our guests would recommend them in a heartbeat!

Our wedding reception was BEAUTIFUL thanks to Gretchen! People were out on the dance floor all night, despite the fact that the Bears v. I was very happy with everything that went on that night. The sound system was really great and the music sounded amazing. The only negative comment I have was that not many of the song requests were played. Some songs seemed a little out there so it wasn't terrible and everyone had a great night. They did a good job getting the crowd into it without being over the top or pushy. :)

Marisa - Thank you for your compliments, we consider it an honor to have played a part of your Sweet 16 Party! We are surprised you felt not many of the song requests were played, we went strictly off the list you provided. Please note the average song lasts 4 minutes & our play time was 6pm - 10pm, which meant we were able to play about 60 songs over four hours. Your list had almost 70 songs & we did have all of those songs available we were able to play all but ten since we took requests from your guests as well. We do strive to do our best to accommodate our clients' wishes, however, I'm sure you can appreciate the time limitations we sometimes encounter.

All Events maintained consistent communication with me throughout the planning of our wedding reception. Loved that wedding guests could make online song requests on our personal wedding account ahead of time. They gave us good advise about how our reception can go at a good flow. There was a minor timing issue with our tinikling music, but overall things were pretty smooth. The quality of the music (good equipment!) was great, but would have liked to see more enthusiastic MC entertainment.

The tinikiling dance troupe didn't instruct us to not start playing their cd until they were on the dancefloor, but once we realized that was the case, we tried to be as subtle as possible in adjusting. Also, we wish you would have mentioned something to us during the times we touched base with you throughout the reception, we gladly would have brought our emcee energy up a few notches!
