James arrived early to set up before our wedding ceremony and was very nicely dressed, fitting in to the atmosphere perfectly. His music was beautiful and set a calm, serene tone for our wedding, which is exactly what we wanted. He was happy to play all of the songs that we requested and we couldn't have been happier with his performace. Thank you!!! :)

Jim arrived early, was all set up and playing music when guests arrived. Very professional demeanor; very talented musician. Jim was the unique touch and ambiance for a special holiday event. I would definitely recommend him.

We threw a casual garden party and Jim was a highlight. The music made the day special. His song choice was perfect. He arrived early and even played while we set up - an added treat for me. My only regret was that we didn't hire him to play longer because when he finished playing the party ended! Friends asked for his card, so hopefully I'll see him at other functions. Plus he gave me his CD and we've been listening to it at home. I highly recommend him!!

Jim was amazing! A truly talented guitarist and a professional. You don't have to worry about a thing. He made our wedding ceremony all that more intimate and beautiful. We were worried about it raining since it was an outdoor ceremony but it didn't rain at all. When he started to play 'Here comes the sun' the sun actually come out. It was absolutely amazing! Jim was gracious, kind and extremely professional. I'd gladly hire him any time for any sort of event. He arrived and got right to work, rehearsed with both me and my son (I played oboe and our son sang), and even helped with a song that was played on the iPod for our daughter and son-in-law's recessional. I was impressed with his musicality. Really lovely playing, covering a number of styles. Comments were made by others as well ... several of us being professional musicians ourselves. (And he didn't scoff at my less than stellar playing). Thanks, Jim! You were perfect for this wedding! :-)

Jim added a special feel to our "relaxed" casual wedding. He was very easy to deal with, and accommodated all of our requests. Jim was the only music at our wedding, and all the guests commented on his talent and loved his song choices. Jim even played a couple of recorded songs from his ipod for our recessional song and our first dance. His timing was perfect, and even though he had to relocate a couple times his transition seemed effortless. Jim, Thanks Again

Not having had a personal recommendation for Jim I had to rely on the ratings provided on Gigmasters. I found that Jim exceeded my expectations and added an exceptional music experience to my event.
