There was no power at the park where our little beach-side ceremony was held. Jim brought a battery-powered amp that provided plenty of sound for our little gathering of 60 people. Jim arrived on time and dressed for the occasion. We were running around and didn't have a chance to greet him or give him directions but he found the perfect spot to get situated and started playing. I was so thankful. Jim was very professional and really listened to our requests. He played beautiful acoustic guitar. The music added so much; it definitely gave our wedding a small "umph" of class---perfect for the simple, elegant ambiance we were aiming for. Thank you so much Jim!

James was great! He was professional in every way and played a great mix of classical and contemporary, which is exactly what we wanted. He even stayed a little after our ceremony while we took family photos. We would happily recommend him to anyone!

You need to pick James Vita if you haven't already. He recently performed at our wedding on 9/25/10. He was easy to contact and professional. I didn't have to worry about his talent or him showing up on time. Being an indecisive couple, James assisted in choosing some alternative songs. He recognized that we wanted something a bit different to make our bridal and bridal party recession pop. He did just that. As a bride, I would sneak an ear peak to hear him play while guests were seated. My coordinator and bridemaids came up to me and said your guitarist was an awesome find. Thanks James for making our ceremony special, stress free, and beautiful.

Mr. Vita was amazing, we didn't have a play-list for our wedding and left it to the discretion of James. During and after the wedding the accolades of Mr. Vita's talents came flying in. The quality and song selection were outstanding. Without hesitation we would definitely book James again for a future event. I think our only regret was that we had only booked him for the ceremony and cocktail hour, when we should have booked him for the entire reception.

Jim was excellent from when we booked him to the very end of the ceremony. He was quick to email back if I had questions leading up to the ceremony, he was very professional and polite. A couple who is getting married in October came up to us after the ceremony to ask for his contact because they were so impressed and want to book him for their ceremony. Jim, thanks from the both of us;
God Bless!

We had the pleasure of having Jim play for our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour. We wanted a blend of acoustic soft rock, classic rock, monster ballads, and Spanish guitar. And we found it all in James Vita! Jim is AWESOME. He is truly talented. He performed custom songs for our wedding program and his version sounded exactly how we wanted it. He was on time, professional, easy-going, and super cool. We totally recommend him for weddings and any other event. We will hire him again in a heartbeat. Hands down best choice we made for our wedding ceremony. Rock on Jim!

James arrived early, asked what special music if any he could play, was professional, accomodating, and provided such beautiful music that I and others received many compliments on his behalf. The arrangements were tasteful and fitted well with the occasion. When we have another event he will be the first I call. Thx!

Unfortunately, we were unable to listen to James play much of the time because of our picture schedule during the wedding. However, I got many compliments of his playing ability. In the chaos of wedding day events, it was also nice to have him independently set up, follow our ceremony script, and play in the background, so that we could focus on other things. Thank you James. I hope to hire you again.

James was very professional, answered my emails and phone calls promptly and even learned a song that I requested for the wedding recessional. His music was beautiful and I highly recommend Jim for any occasion. Thanks for making our day so special.

James was a wonderful part of our event. He arrived early, set up quickly, and we heard nothing but positive comments about his music. We enjoyed his contribution from beginning to end. Our event was held at a senior community and James' performance served as background music. His volume and song selection were perfect. I hope we have opportunities to work with him again in the future.
Anniversary Party•Reviewed on July 20, 2009•From Riverside, CA
Jim provided the back ground music for my parents' 50th Wedding Anniversary Party at the Historic Mission Inn, in Riverside. He arrived early and was ready to go right on time. Everyone really enjoyed the selections he played and I was asked many times where I found him! My parents especially enjoyed the music and it really added to the elegance of the party.
Thank you Jim. I would absolutely recommend you to anyone in need of music for a party or event.
Sincerely,
Jodi Montano
