The NYC Piper played my wedding on November 14, 2009, and my wife and I could not have been more pleased. He was professional, he was on time, and extremely flexible when weather conditions did not cooperate, and when timing did not quite work out as planned. He played specific song requests, and is a master at his craft. In short, the NYC Piper was outstanding!

Jerry was an outstanding addition to my daughter's wedding. He was very professional, and arrived promptly for the wedding. He is extraordinarily talented, and his music was lovely. Our guests raved about the beautiful music, and what a wonderful surprise it was to have a bagpiper as the sole musician. I would strongly recommend this very gracious man for any event you might be planning.

Jerry Dixon escorted us and our wedding guests to our hotel. He was the highlight of our wedding and all our guests talked about how amazing he was. My husband is Jewish and I am Scottish so we were so happy that Jerry was able to combine our backgrounds and play Jewish music on the bagpipes! Jerry is very talented and will add something special to any event!

Jerry was fantastic! He sounded great and looked the part too. He drew a crowd of not only our guests but bypassers enchanted by the music. Having the pipe music fill the streets of New York meant guests could hear they were going in the right direction before they could see the church. Everyone thought Jerry was excellent - not just the real Scots. Pure Dead Brilliant as we say back home. Awesome as we say here in the US. Thankyou Jerry!! - Mr & Mrs McCluskey

I had many last minute dilemmas & Jerry (The NYC Piper) was so understanding & accommodating. That helped take the pressure off. He was dressed in the same outfit my client selected & was a hit at the party. He was kind enough to also stand around & take pictures. My wife is of Scottish and Irish descent and loves the sound of the bagpipes. She kept mentioning how great it would be if the bagpipes could be played at our wedding, but also realized that is was too late to arrange it and that it was against church policy. With this being the situation Jerry was willing to work with me, he was very accommodating with our situation. He was a hit with everyone at our wedding and was a great surprise for my wife, from what I was told by my father in law Amy cried out of surprise and excitement and is going to kill me for doing so. Jerry made my wife's day which made my day to see her happy, I highly reccomend him for any event.

Jerry is a great guy. Very friendly , personable and professional. I can't say he was the most skilled piper I've ever hired but he could not have been more happily willing to play ( out in the cold )and accomodating of our requests.

Words cannot begin to descibe the sheer talent, personality, humbelness, and enthusiasm Jerry brought to our wedding! We gave Jerry a list of songs that we definately wanted played during the ceremony, and left the before and after up to his discretion. Everything was fabulous and far exceeded our expectations, we would definately reccomend him for any function you may have. Many Kudo's to Jerry!! It was also our pleasure to have he and his wife attend the reception as our guests. We look forward to hearing Jerry play again at any public venues he maybe performing at!
