Unfortunately, Brian fell ill but Frank Igoe was able to fill in with short notice. Very pleasant fellow who was more than willing to stick around for photos and conversation after the contracted time had passed. Highly recommend. Thank you very much.

Brian called the day before and said he had jury duty. He took it upon himself to find a replacement. So thoughtful. Fred has awesome. Both very professional. The bagpipes sounded amazing at the service. Highly recommend both of them.

Mr Quirk provided the skill and execution we had hoped for as he piped us out of church following a funeral and into the cemetery. He worked with me to decide which tunes should be played and in which order. They were wonderful. Our family appreciated that added touch. Thank you, Brian!

Brian is an amazing piper. We are grateful to him for playing at my husband's 70th birthday party. We all had tears running down our eyes. And he wears a great outfit!

This was the first time I hired anyone from gigmaster and I would hire someone again. The response to my request was prompt I had confirmation quickly, the piper was dressed in traditional attire he played beautifully at my fathers burial and he is genuinely a very nice guy. I didn't a chance to speak to him at length but from the little that I had a chance to speak to him he was a perfect gentleman. If he is an example of what Gigmaster has to offer they are a top notch organization.

FuneralReviewed on December 20, 2016From Rye, NH

On a dreadfully snowy day, Brian drove to Rye, NH to play the bagpipes for a funeral in the snow outside the church. He also played at the cemetery in North Andover, MA as the snow continued to fall. His playing was soulful and lovely. He eased our sorrow on a very sad day. I highly recommend Brian for his performing and his commitment.

Brian was great. He was always available to speak with us on months, weeks and even days before our wedding. He made recommendations and was always respectful and professional. His Celtic attire was wonderful and his grooming was 5 stars. Loved his melodies and made me feel like I was floating in the air as I walked down the aisle to my husband.

FuneralReviewed on August 19, 2016From Cambridge, MA

My father passed unexpectedly. He had always said that he wanted bagpipes to be played at his funeral. I didn't even know where to begin. I filled out a form on gigmasters and Mr. Quirk got back to me right away. He handled everything. He was so patient and kind. I thought this was too good to be true, I hired someone that easy and fast? But sure enough, when we pulled up to the cemetery we heard the beautiful sound of Amazing Grace being played up on the hill. Mr. Quirk is beyond talented and made me feel like my Dad was so happy. I can't thank him enough for being a part of such an important day. I would recommend him without hesitation and WILL be seeing him again

Wedding CeremonyReviewed on July 6, 2016From Lunenburg, MA

We hired Brian to play at our surprise wedding, and hearing him play from a distance was the first many knew there was something happening. He walked from one side of our home to the other where the guests were, and it was fantastic. We asked for him to play Amazing Grace, and he did a wonderful job, and many people were moved to tears. It was a hectic time planning, as we did it in about 3 weeks, so we were not as organized as we might have been, and Brian was very flexible. Many guests said they would never forget the event, and a big part of that was Brian performing. Afterwards he chatted with guests which they appreciated. It was a great day!

Birthday Party (Adult)Reviewed on June 29, 2016From Salem, NH

For my dad's 80 Birthday Party I contacted Gigmasters and was happy that I met Brian. He was great. He responded quickly, and was easy to speak with. I was nervous as I had never done this before and he explained things which put me at ease immediately. It was a total surprise to the whole family and they were very excited once they heard Brian playing the Bagpipes as he walked into the yard. Brian took the time to speak with my dad and also answer questions that my nephew had around the music and he was very open to playing all sorts of requests from my aunts. Everyone commented on how great Brian was, I would definitely not hesitate to contact him again.

Saint Patrick's Day PartyReviewed on March 14, 2016From Norton, MA

Brian did an excellent job playing some traditional Irish tunes on his bagpipes. He interacted very well with everyone at the party, and he was extremely easy to work with. If asked, I would highly recommend Brian, as he earned all 5's for a job well done.

FuneralReviewed on August 20, 2015From Georgetown, MA

We couldn't have chosen anyone better than Brian for our family gathering. There were over forty attendees and every one, w/out exception, had the most positive things to say. His playing was exceptional, far better than other pipers we've heard over the years. He made this a very memorable day for everyone and we would definitely call on him again.
