Brian was a true professional on all accounts. He did not let a missing part of the address to our event stop him. He went to unimaginable lengths to find the venue, when the address he had was actually a different location. Brian found our venue and commenced to play all the pieces we had hoped to hear; he also took the time to serenade the bride and groom as they had pictures being taken. Our guests, along with the couple were surprised! We cannot thank him enough for his dedication and follow-through for our event. If you need a piper and are in the northwest of Boston (Salem, etc), do not hesitate to hire Brian, you will not be disappointed. Thank you, Brian!

Brian arrived on time and he played beautifully. My daughter wanted music after the recessional, outside the church and he showed up in full regalia and was wonderful. He played both Irish and Scottish selections and I would hire him again in a minute.

I hired Brian for my sisters 60th birthday he performed at her school and surprised her. She was filled with tears of Joy. Everyone at the school loved it as well and Brian went above and beyond and did a special performance for the special need Kids! Great Job Brian Thanks for making my sisters 60th a super special day. Brian was a real trooper, piping away as we drove up to the graveside and continuing throughout the service as appropriate until we all drove away. He was wearing a kilt and knee socks in the COLD blustery weather. Gold star for that! His playing was fantastic! Thank you so much! He even played Taps for the color guard.

He was great. Everyone thought he was terrific.Talented, congenial, flexible with our schedule and a terrific bagpipe player. If only we could have a Celtic service every Sunday, we would hire him. But we only have the service once every two years.

Despite a fever of 104 the day before my daughter's wedding, Brian Quirk arranged for a stellar last-minute replacement at our destination wedding (a two hour drive from their locale). Stuart Paul, the bagpiper who took his place, played wonderfully with only a few hasty minutes of direction. While I didn't hear Brian play in person, his website will give you a sample of his talent. I cannot recommend him highly enough, based on his caring and professionalism, even in the midst of a serious illness. If you're considering bagpipes for your event, I'm sure you won't go wrong with Brian Quirk.
