Owen gave a wonderful performance at our Holiday party. He responded so quickly to my emails and requests, showed up early for set up, played beautiful music, and was very personable. I received many compliments from guests on not only his talent but also his hearwarming and charming demeanor. He was so pleasant, smiling, and extremely kind! He is very talented and goes above and beyond with his level of professionalism. He is wonderful and I highly recommend him! Owen Poteat is a fabulous musician and a fantastic performer. My wife and I had a daytime outdoor wedding. Owen performed under the tent and really pleased the guests with soulful voice and musical variety. I had never met Owen or seen him play in person before our reception and I must admit, I was a little nervous. He blew away my expectations. He sounds so much better in person than online and he is a truly nice guy. Don't hesitate to book Owen for any function. He will not disappoint you.

On a scale of 1-5 on your survey I would give Owen a 10!!! He made our party a truly memorable event. He was fun, professional and very entertaining. Owen Poteat blew away my expectations (and they were high to start with). He is an amazing musician and knows how to work the crowd and keep the party vibe going. Owen was efficient in the communications, was prompt, very behind the scenes set up and just rocked the crowd. This event was my husband's 50th birthday party and he is a musician himself and he was even 'over the top impressed' by Owen's talent. Anyone booking would be very lucky to get Owen for their event.

Owen was amazing! He was professional, kind, and extremely talented. He played for my wedding ceremony and cocktail hour. Everyone was talking about how great he was! Owen was awesome to work with from day one. He is accomodating, professional, and incredibly talented. All of our guests raved about Owen and many commented that they heard songs that they knew. Owen does a great job getting the crowd involved, young or old, he played something for everyone. We could not be happier with choosing Owen to play our ceremony and reception music. We booked Owen Poteat for a very large, casual, tented rehearsal dinner. He was professional, talented, and accommodating. We liked having just one musician and were very pleased with his voice, music, projection, and selections. I had never booked someone on the internet and relied on the comments that were made on this site. I can second all of the compliments I read. Owen was personable and dependable and made our arrangements easy. When our event schedule had to be altered at the last minute, he was flexible and relaxed. He was willing to MC and do as much or as little as we wanted. I would recommend him highly and just hope we can have him again sometime.

Owen did a great job for my corporate event. There were some issues with the power at my outside venue and Owen was very adaptive to the situation. He was professional, courteous and the perfect addition for a cocktail party. His music sounded great and I would highly recommend him for any event.
