BeInspired shared, “Jill Wintersteen of Spirit Daughter wanted a cool and casual ocean-view celebration with close friends and family to celebrate her pregnancy with her second son, and that's exactly what this team of vendors delivered! We enlisted help from Hailey of Detailed Touch Events to help us design a coastal-chic setup for Jill and her guests to enjoy.”

Ocean Blue Tones + Pops of Coral

With any coastal themed event, ocean blue tones are a must-have. For this event, the designers added pops of coral for “a little zing.”

Whimsical Floral Arrangements

Precious & Blooming provided whimsical floral arrangements that felt perfectly aligned with our beachy-chic design.

Cozy Lounge Vignettes

To give guests space to mix and mingle, they created cozy lounge vignettes from Folkore that combined rattan furniture and plush accents.

Acoustic Guitarist

To set the tone, On The Beat sent an acoustic guitarist to play coastal lofi tunes in the background of the sound of the waves of Venice Beach—it created the perfect vibe!

Grazing Table

Guests snacked from an epic grazing table display with boards from The Seed. The grazing table options included fresh vegetables, organic cheeses, chips and salsa, and a dessert display of assorted cookies and sweets. 

Non-Alcoholic Cocktails

Curious Elixirs provided the perfect non-alcoholic cocktails for the mother-to-be and guests to sip on! 

Photo Backdrop

To really punch up the theme, they teamed up with Prim & Pixie to create a photo backdrop moment with larger-than-life wooden surfboards spelling out BABY to give everyone the sweetest spot to take photos together.

Wooden Signage

Wooden signage with beach motifs were sprinkled throughout the space as well for extra special touches.

Custom Seashell Cards

For an interactive station, custom seashell cards were set out for guests to leave well wishes for the baby.  

This day is proof that a baby sprinkle can feel elevated and cool with the right details and design.
