we were truly blessed to have the group and especially Loretta, the female vocalist, provide the music for our 50th Wedding Anniversary party. They knew all the right songs and had all the right vibes for the whole time they played. Could not have had better music or nicer people to be part of our celebration

We hired them for my mothers 50th party and all I can say is how fabulous they are! Everyone was raving about them and the band members were so fun to hang out with. They really got our crowd moving and had the best time ever. We definitely plan to book them again in the future for any other parties we have!

WOW! The Original Moonlighters Band blew it out of the park. They were prompt and professional. The music was perfect for my husband ‘s 65th surprise birthday party. They accommodate my request for a 70s sound to align with the 70’s costume party . The band engaged with the crowd and got people on the dance floor. Their music even inspired a soul train dance line which was exciting. My husband was so impress with the band , he plans to use them in the future. Thank you Original Moonlighters for making the party a big hit with everyone! I would highly recommend this band.

We love everything about The “Original” Moonlighters - their incredible talent, sound, energy, and song selection will wow your guests and make your event memorable!! They worked with us in advance on the Bride’s surprise song for her Groom. The band kept the energy high and fun from the very beginning of our reception, and they continued to wow everyone throughout the evening. Our guests packed the dance floor throughout the night, and everyone loved the music and the band. We have continued to receive compliments on the band, several days after the wedding.

This band was THE BEST! We had an international group of childhood cancer leaders who wanted to experience Motown and have fun and the Original Moonlighters did just that! I've received feedback from around the world that this was the best time in their lives! Am trying to think of another event I can plan to book them again!

The Moonlighters were fantastic! Leading up to the event, their manager was very accommodating and professional. At our reception, the band sounded great and everyone was dancing! We received so many compliments on the band and they really helped make our reception a resounding success!

Where to start? EVERYONE who attended the reception was simply in AWE and kept asking where I found this band! The band and singers performed flawlessly and were very professional. There were so many people dancing at times that there wasn't any space left on the dance floor to accommodate any more! All vocalist were amazing, but the lead female singer literally blew everyone away. The band played right up until the last people were left at the reception and remained as professional and energetic as from the start of their performance. Very eager to please, very professional, and very friendly people! I recommend them without hesitation. Thanks Moonlighters!

We had an outstanding experience with the Moonlighters and I highly recommend them for anyone's wedding or big event. From the first time we talked to their contact, William, 9 months ago until the end of the wedding, we couldn't have been more pleased with the professional, friendly, and accommodating service we received. The Moonlighters were a huge hit and had people up and dancing the entire time! We're still receiving comments from our guests about how much they enjoyed the band! The Moonlighters walked into our reception and encountered several glitches but they never showed it to us (the bride and groom) and kept a great and upbeat attitude while rolling with the punches. We are truly grateful for that. Again we were completely thrilled with the Moonlighters! They more than fulfilled all of our expectations!

"What a party..and the baaand!- They ROCKED! Who were they???" Is what every soul who was at our wedding has been talking about. "The MOONLIGHTERS!" I tell em. The collective Moonlighters came up big at our event in all the right ways, at all the right times. Everything went down perfectly for our outdoor rural wedding- except the weather- which they can't control. They were very accomidating in my musical tastes and went above and beyond what I was expecting. The smooth keyboard playing during the prelude and ceremony faded out to a recessional song from my CD and was a hit with perfect timing to introduce our guests to us and the night. During cocktails the playing continued to the delight of our guests as they mingled. For dinner which was in a large tent, a blues/jazz trio set up inside with us as our 150 guests dined. They were so classy, jazzy, hip, and head boppin' as they accompanied our feast with some sweet numbers both obscure and known. Already midway through the night and people were lovin it, as we got so many complements on their playing and song selection. After dinner came the real treat... no, not the wedding cake, but the soulful sounds of the full 7 peice swingin' band as our guests began to shake it! The stage and dancing was in an old barn next to the dinner tent and boy therin was a barnstorming. A funkin', soul searchin', rockin' good time was had by all, as every number they played got the dancefloor packed and for a solid 3 hours! After warming up the crowd our first dance songs were played from my CD's and again were incorporated into their live show just fine. The band really knew their songs and were able to bust into classic rock, soul, funk and requests at the drop of a hat. I found out we needed a bigger dancefloor as all ages sweated it out and boogied down. They even accomodated us with an extended version of "Shout!" for a family dancing tradition that got everyone pumped up and still packed them in with the sweet slow dancin' numbers. Only snag: I couldn't afford the overtime as guests shouted for MORE, MORE!! We recommend the Moonlighters/14k Music for those music lovers looking for something that is NOT RUN OF THE MILL. The Moonlighters were fantastic. They played a great, soulful blend of music and kept everyone dancing. They have a superb playlist full of classics and deeper tracks that shows off their truly rich and authentic sound. I'd say the genre is kind of a mix between motown and classic soul. We were also very pleased with their playing during the dinner hour, which provided ambience without overpowering the conversation. We also had the BET horns play who were equally fantastic. Numerous people at out wedding complimented the band, and said what a great sound they had. The Moonlighters are such a refreshing departure from the typical, cliched music you hear at a wedding. Ronnie Campbell was also great on the introductions of the wedding party. We could not have been more pleased. Everyone was supremely professional including William, the booking agent, who set it all up. The Moonlighters are not some glossy wedding band churning out the same 30 songs everyone has heard or some dj with an ipod and a two year vision of music pumping out bass so loud it scares your grandmother. These guys are the real deal, a fantastic band with a smooth sound and great energy. Highly recommended. Thanks again for the great night. Jon and Sooz

The Moonlighters were wonderful - exactly the sort of band we were looking for for our wedding! Many of our guests came up to us to tell us how great the band was. They added a vocalist at the last minute so that they would be able to play specific songs I requested and had the whole floor filled with people dancing. Everyone enjoyed them so much. Thank you!

WOW! We were beyond thrilled with the quality and sound of the Moonlighters at our wedding. They were professional, extremely talented, and had everyone raving about what a great band they were. We are so glad that we hired them as our band and have great memories of our evening and they were a big part of it!

I could not have been happier with the Moonlighters performance at my wedding. They were amazing! Their talent way surpassed my expectations and everyone is still talking about how amazing it was. The Moonlighters did an excellent job for my wife's Surprise 50th Birthday party. They performed an excellent blend of Motown / Funk & Soul and prectically everyone at the party came up to me and said "Great Band, where did you find them?". They made the party a very special and memorable event and I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

They arrived on time and were ready to go. They talked with the guests, took all requests and kept the party moving. We really enjoyed them and I would definitely recommend them to others.

The Moonlighters helped to make my wife's surprise birthday party a huge hit and an event she (and I, and all of our guests) will remember with fond memories for a long, long time to come.
