Ricardo and his group were absolutely PERFECT in every way for our destination wedding!!! I couldn’t have asked for a better band. They performed acoustically on the terrace for cocktail hour, then on stage for the dinner and reception. From their list of over a thousand songs, we narrowed it down to just over one hundred. They seemed to learn and “read” our group, and picked the perfect music for every moment. Ricardo was so nice to work with and always available. Professional, friendly, EXTREMELY TALENTED, and easy going. They were BETTER than any band I’ve ever seen for a wedding, corporate event, or party, and I’ve seen a lot! We hope to see them again soon!!!

The Ricardo Pena Band was amazing-I highly recommend them! We wanted something different than the typical wedding playlist. I requested Mariachi, Latin, Jazz, Country, Rock, Southern Rock and top 40 and we got it all! Perfectly performed. Every guest at our wedding was blown away by their talent, diversity, creativity and willingness to please. Several of our guests are very good musicians themselves and everyone commented that they loved the band! We asked for the world and they delivered and made all our dreams come true. It was truly magical.

The Ricardo Pena Band was nothing short of FANTASTIC. As this summer started I immediately went to book them AGAIN after their amazing job last year and wanted to leave a well-deserved 5-star review. They were amazing musicians, very flexible and accommodating (playing a range of genres - oldies to Salsas!) and took requests and favorites. I can't recommend them enough: if you are looking for a good summer band, they are awesome. You will probably have to book them soon: I wouldn't be surprised if they get booked up super fast.

The Ricardo Pena band was perfect for our wedding. No one wanted to leave the dance floor at the end of the night! They have a wide variety of songs available and sound great across all genres of music. We had multiple guest asking how they could book the band at their next event. This band was absolutely perfect for our wedding. They learned new pieces to accommodate our ceremony choices, they did an impromptu accompaniment for one of our readers who surprised us and sang it instead, they agreed to provide salsa lessons to everyone, and throughout, the music, singing and energy was fantastic. We hired the Ricardo Pena Band for our wedding reception in Vail. Having a great band was one of the most important things when we were planning our wedding, and the Ricardo Pena Band went above and beyond our expectations. This is no ordinary wedding cover band – Ricardo and his band are truly talented and versatile musicians. They had all ages out on the dance floor enjoying themselves, and we received so many compliments from our guests about how amazing the band was. I couldn’t tear myself away from the dance floor – I was having so much fun! In addition, Ricardo was easy to work with and responsive to all of my questions. I highly recommend them!

The band was amazing & Ricardo was wonderful to work with leading up to our wedding reception date. All of our guests were having such a good time that the band played 2 or 3 encores before we finally had to kick people out of our reception venue due to the venue's curfew! I'd highly recommend hiring the Ricardo Pena Band for your event... you won't be disappointed!

I absolutely LOVED this band. I can't tell you enough how AMAZING they were. I was so nervous because I'm 30 and my dad pick this band so I was worried only the older guests would be dancing. But they know how to play all different genre's of music and are incredibly talented! They even are willing to learn two new songs. They sounded great and had everyone dancing all night long! Would definiltey recommend!

Our corporate function was for 600 people in a Denver restaurant we bought out for the evening. The Ricardo Pena band was LOVED by all. The variety of music they provided, from the Beatles to Marc Anthony salsa covers and everything in-between, was fantastic and the quality of musicianship was superb! People kept coming up to me giving me kudos for the awesome band selection. I also loved working with them in the planning stages of my event and during the event itself. Dealing with Ricardo was one of the easiest aspects of our wedding. The end result was exactly what we wanted. A band brings a little more excitement to a reception than a DJ, in my opinion. We received compliments throughout the evening regarding the band.

The Ricardo Pena band is simply the best wedding band in the known universe. My wife and I searched for several months until we fortuitously came across the band playing at a local bar in Boulder. They killed!
Each and every member, especially Ricardo are all very talented musicians, not your average variety band. They can play covers like the originals and they are so diverse....they play jazz, funk, rock, salsa etc...
If you are smart and care about having the best time at your wedding, then hiring the Ricard Pena band should be your most pressing priority!

The Ricardo Pena Band is outstanding. They played at a cookout for my wife & I the day before we got married. We really loved them. And so did our guests. "Where did you find this band??" "They're one of the best bands I've heard." Over and over, people kept coming up to us with compliments for them. But to me, the best compliment for the band is that people got out of their seats to dance and sing along. We were having a blast. The group's musicianship is first-rate. And their versatility was just what we asked for (from the Beatles to Vince Gill to Van Morrison to Led Zeppelin). I highly recommend hiring the Ricardo Pena Band. Very talented players for a fun party.
