I hope this helps anyone thinking of hiring Classern. We informed all vendors the ceremony began at 4:30 and required everyone in place at 4. At 4:15 our coordinator was calling frantically to see where they were and they said we never gave them the right time (we looked up previous emails, we did). They arrived late and we delayed starting for only them. LUCKILY we never amplified them. Guest told us how awful they sounded but nothing compared to listening to our wedding video later and hearing the screeching wrong notes. We had the videographer remove as much of them as possible to help. To boot, they were not professionally dressed compared to the guests. AVOID!!!

Unfortunately, the day of this wedding there was a massive wreck on 1-4 that caused us to have a delay in our arrival time. We did arrive in time to perform everything that was requested of us so we are unsure as to why they did not start on time. We take pride in our professionalism and realized we put our client in a stressful situation so we reached out to them the next day and gave them a refund. They were amazing, very accommodating with last minute song changes. Hit every note, people were loving the mix of modern and classical songs they were able to perform. If you need a quartet in the Central Florida area... these are the ones!

They were amazing! We had several people ask for their information. We hired them without hearing them live and they were better than expected. They accepted all of our special requests and made our day that much more special. We would recommend them to everyone and hire them again.

Our experience with Classern Quartet was perfect from start to finish. They are true professionals - communicating effectively before the wedding, flexible when weather affects location, and they provided the perfect music to match the tone of the occasion. Many guests commented on the music and how much they enjoyed it. We had mistakenly given the musicians the wrong time (an hour earlier than they were needed). It was a stupid mistake on my part, but they were very understanding and made it all work out perfectly. They were very unobtrusive and self-sufficient in setting up. We highly recommend Classern Quartet for any type of event.
