All of our guests were so impressed with Circle City Steel! They were professional, very talented, and so much fun! They played to and interacted with the audience. It was a wonderful experience!

Private Party Reviewed on June 13, 2015 From New Albany, OH
The band showed up early and was courteous and professional. Although there was a rain delay, they worked with us and made the very best of an iffy situation. They played all the appropriate music and the volume was exactly as needed for this venue. The party goers were all commenting "what a cool band". We obviously bargained for a set price, they delivered more. I would without hesitation recommend these professionals for anybody planning a party event.

Event Reviewed on October 5, 2014 From Trafalgar, IN
Andrew played at a private party at our home. We requested acoustic guitar and singing by a bonfire. He communicated well with us prior to the event. He arrived early and was prepared and professional. He has a great voice and was talented playing the guitar even on a cold evening. I would definitely hire him again. His prices are very reasonable too. Thinking about using him for a Christmas event.

Community Event Reviewed on July 1, 2024 From Carmel, IN
Circle City Steel didnt show up to our event. no call no show. We promoted their involvement to our school families. So they also have a bad taste in their mouth for the situation. Circle City Steel did reach out after the event and apologized and offered a small amount off our next booking if we should choose them. We aren't very impressed with how this happened and the response we received in return. CCS used this website to communicate back with us, even though we called them from 3 different numbers to figure out what was happening and why they weren't there.

Hello Ashlee, I am deeply sorry for what happened. The double-header on Friday and triple-header on Saturday left me no time to do the administrative work that goes into performance prep. Hearing your message, I was confused, not even knowing that I had been booked. Alas, this is a teachable moment. Specifically, I am reaching out to The Bash to see if I can set up parameters, a buffer, for date proximity to booking. If that were an option, then it would safeguard both client and vendor from last-minute bookings, allowing time to prepare and gather information (like an address, loading/unloading procedure, power accessibility, etc…), and promote the event. I hope that the future Farmers Markets and events go great!
