Wonderful! Kind, sweet, fun, totally responsible, fun to have at a party, adorable set up where she works...everyone at the party loved her and loved getting their silhouettes done! Plus she gives an amazing book with a copy of each silhouette and wishes from each guest - a great touch!

I began communication with Sylvia about 4 months or so before my wedding and I paid a $50 deposit to book our date for her services. I ended up choosing to cancel her services 2 weeks before my wedding due to a lack of communication and a lot of unanswered questions which left me feeling more anxious than excited to have her work at our event. I am unaware of any circumstances that may have led to her being unable to respond to my communication as I still have not received a response since I reached out to her to cancel. I believe she has a great talent but I was not impressed with the professionalism or courtesy I received during the booking process.

Sylvia was awesome and a huge hit at my wedding! She was friendly and did a pretty good job capturing people's profiles. I had a lot of people come up to me and say the idea was so unique and fun. If you are looking for something different than the ordinary photo booth, etc. Then Sylvia is your lady!

Sylvia was very professional at the party. She has an extraordinary talent of creating silhouettes quickly and capture the moment aesthetically.Many of the ladies were wearing hats and even one gentleman was wearing a top hat. The guests had so much fun visiting her table and showing each other their exquisite souvenir. Sylvia made my mom a lovely memory book with silhouettes signed by the guests. It was such a blessing to have her and her helper at this Victorian themed 80th birthday tea party. Everyone loved Sylvia and her work. A beautiful addition to a lovely day. I definitely recommend her. She was a pleasure to do business with beforehand and day of the event.

Sylvia came to our daughter's wedding reception on-time and prepared. Our guests raved about how really special it was to have her work right in front of them. We opted to use the silhouettes as the favors. Each guest was cut two silhouettes, one for the guest to keep and one as a sort of guest book for the bride and groom. We have enjoyed looking at the guest book and seeing how Sylvia captured minute facial traits.

I have no rating for this particular artist, given that she was no show at my Wedding. Prior to the event she was easy to correspond with, but sometimes slow to respond and difficult to get a hold of. Due to alledged confusion, she was a no show. Sylvia's Sylhouettes were to be the favors for my guests. No show=no favors. I had special stickers made and purchased a pricey book to show case the silhouettes. Gigmasters has required that I provide additional paperwork to support my claim. This change was known to Sylvia, and I have forwarded the documentation onto the customer service department. This incident has not been easy to resolve. So much for 5 stars!
