Unfortunately, Santa AL canceled on our Pancakes with Santa Event the morning before. At first Santa Al responded to our emails but once we notified him that our School District required a W-9, we would make several phone calls and emails before getting in touch with him. The week of the event we were assured by him TWICE that all was good, we'd get the documentation and he'd see us Friday. On Thursday morning WE called him to verify, again, and he notified us that he could not attend. There was no reason except he couldn't. Had we not called, when was he going to call us? This is a prepaid event so 200+ attendees were expecting Santa Al. NEVER AGAIN

Sometimes even Santa gets sick. I’m sorry things went the way they did. I waited as long as I could, hoping I would be able to Perform for your school. But it wasn’t to be. Just like when your Teachers get sick, they have a Subsitute. I offered you a very capable subsitute Santa. You chose not to hire him. And I have filled in for other Santa’s through the years. Twice, this season. And with that, this wasn’t the only date I had to cancel. And there were probably a few more that I made it to that I should have canceled. I would think that you would rather be on the safe side with your children. Again, Sometimes Even Santa Gets Sick, and I’m sorry.

Santa Al was all around amazing. We had an in-person Santa scheduled at first and last minute he cancelled, so we opted for a virtual option and are so glad we did as that’s true 2020 style right?! In searching, Santa Al had the best and most reviews so we went for it and are SO glad we did. From being available last minute as we booked less than 24 hours before needed, to personalizing the whole experience with the kids names, ages, and likes...he was perfect. AND we were blown away by his looks, so much parents were believers! Highly, highly recommend Santa Al. You won’t regret your choice in booking him! Thank you Santa Al for saving what’s left of our 2020!
