Everything went OK. Jokes were a little inappropriate for children in the room. Some cursing was said, didn't like that with the kids. Perfect for adults. Was told he would be reading a story and I had to remind him to read the story. Paid for 45 minutes and he was ready to leave in 30. He stayed because I asked him to read but it seemed that there was some miscommunication on what was told to me and what was expected. Other than that the experience was still enjoyable and luckily the younger kids didn't mind the curse words.

He was prompt and the perfect amount of jolly. We were a group of adults and he came with jokes that still have the family laughing. He was definitely a positive addition to the family Christmas.

Santa Tom was an amazing Santa Claus, he is great at what he does. It was a pleasure having him here at The Big Apple Shopping Bazaar. Everyone loved him, thank you for everything. Santa Tom made this Christmas a very merry one. Thanks again.
