Sharon and Serena provided the perfect ambiance to our "Downton Abbey" Surprise Tea Party for Susan! Their talent, enthusiasm, and friendliness were mentioned to me (the host) many times by all who attended. Had the pleasure of attending their practice session where they both went above and beyond by learning to play "Downton Abbey" music for the tea! I could not have asked for a more talented pair to take us all back to the 1920's to make this a very special day for Susan (who was "joyfully crying" that day). Thank you both for a memorable day with my wife and friends! It could not have been better! :>>>

Sharon was a dream to work with from the get-go. Very quick to answer all and any questions. She made it so easy to plan as she took the initiative to call the restaurant herself and make sure we had everything we needed. She played for our company Christmas party. She arrived early and was ready to play as soon as the first guest arrived. She played beautifully I would have thought it was a CD recording. But when my boss wanted to do sing alongs she was quick with sheet music and was able to play to our speed and laughter. She truly added so much to our event and I have already been recommending her to my friends and family for other events.

Sharon was so great to work with for our wedding day! Not only was she so willing to meet our every need in terms of song choice and style of music, but she played all of our choices and more to perfection! Many of our guests commented on how great the music was and how perfectly it was timed to our ceremony. Sharon is very professional and her passion for music and making her clients happy on their special day truly showed. I would recommend Sharon to anyone looking for great music for their special event. She was a very friendly and professional vendor to work with!

Sharon is a wonderful person and very talented! My family hired her for a second year to play at our annual holiday party. Even though the party was a month ago, many of our guests are still talking about the music and how Sharon's playing really helped to set the tone for a fun, festive and memorable evening. We feel fortunate to have found Sharon and hope she will continue to play at our party for many years to come!

Sharon scheduled our first meeting at her music studio in the evening around our work schedules. She played music live so we could hear what each song sounded like. She took the time to learn the names of everyone involved in the wedding, and e-mailed our judge right away to introduce herself. When we decided we wanted a violin player to play along with her, she suggested a few violinist, found beautiful arrangements for our music for piano and violin, sent him the music, and even scheduled time to practice with him before the wedding. I thought it'd be hard to pick out music, but she made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. The music was amazing!

Sharon was great to work with! She was extremely organized from start to finish which was very helpful during our busy wedding planning time. Sharon was able to get a sense of our musical taste and then help choose music that we loved! Our wedding ceremony went perfectly and Sharon's music was beautiful. Sharon Planer's piano music was an amzing enhancement to our wedding reception at the University Clubhouse on Summit Avenue. We are so happy that we hired her. Many of our guests commented on how much they enjoyed her music during dinner and hors d'oeuvres. Sharon was very professional in all our communications and was able to select fitting music based on some general criteria that we gave her. She even took the initiative to talk with the staff at the University Clubhouse to work out details concerning where the piano should be, whether it was tuned, etc. With all we had going on, we appreciated not needing to give her much direction. Thanks Sharon!

We were very pleased with our decision to book Sharon Planer for our fundraising event. In addition to being a talented musician, Sharon is very professional, pleasant and responsive. She was always on top of details during the planning phase and arrived well in advance of our event to set up, making things easy and low-stress for me as the event planner. We received many compliments on her piano music during and after the event. I would definitely recommend Sharon to others because she is understands the importance of the business/professional side of her work in addition to being highly proficient at her art. She also connected us with great dance instructors.

Sharon has a wonderful talent and is a lovely person! My family hosted a holiday sing-a-long for about 75 people. Sharon played background music at the beginning and end of the party. However, the highlight of the night was her willingness to accompany most of the party goers in a holiday sing-along! She provided enough song books for the guests to share and was willing to take requests from the crowd. The party was a smashing success due in part to Sharon's presence and enthusiasm for the party! Additionally, she is professional, kind, organized and friendly. We had a great time working with her. My family will be calling on Sharon for our next sing-a-long!

Sharon was an absolute joy to work with. She knew (or obtained sheet music) for all the songs we had to have for our pre-ceremony, ceremony and postlude. She was prompt to all our meetings, arrived on-time to our venue and played our scheduled engagement flawlessly. She looked great, was so easy to work with and so very nice. She had wonderful suggestions for us when we couldn't think of songs and gave us ideas of song artists or genres we might like to help us get closer to picking just the perfect songs. Sharon has played at our Employee Recognition Event for quite a few years. I cannot imagine it being held without her! She makes the evening very special and she is a talented pianist. Sharon was very professional in all of our encounters. She did her best to remain flexible, and changed her plans to accommodate the weather changing our plans. We were extremely pleased with her piano performance during our wedding ceremony.
She went above and beyond our expectations, and set the mood for our wedding to a lovely, romantic atmosphere. We heard many compliments from our guests about how delightful it was to listen to her play. We would definitely use Sharon again for another performance, and would recommend her to any of our friends!

I would absolutely recommend Sharon Planer for your wedding. She played beautifully and exactly what my husband and I wanted. Great communication, she really makes you feel like your wedding/party is her top priority.
We had a glich on the rehearsal practice due to weather and our priest was an hour late. I know her time is valuable but she waited until the priest arrived. Very professional.
