Very accomadating about delivery and pickup time I asked for. Problem was that the dunk tank target broke and they were unable to come and repair it. Couldn't use. Still waiting to here back from them about refund.

Dunk tank was delivered in the AM as requested (9AM).Party started 2pm.When client called about the dunk tank target breaking after a couple of throws,I was in Warwick,NY which was over 2 hrs away.There was no way I could make it back to replace the bolt and she understood that.I would have definitely went to fix target if I was on LI.I did test the dunk tank before leaving as I always do but unfortunately it broke after I left.I did advise client I will give her full refund but when I went to pickup,no one was home for me to give money to.I left voicemail that I will mail a check to her.Check is in the mail to client.Dunk tank has been fixed & fully functional.

I was leary using a company sight unseen but my fears were allieved the week of set up. The emails and communication with them were great. The week of the party they let me know a time and they arrived promptly, the price was great and the tents and set up were done beautifully. May I add John, who set up my party, was a nice guy, easy to talk to and someone I had no problem feeling comfortable letting go into my home. I have already recommended them to friends!

John was great.... He helped me by coming back to put up my tent even after I measured my yard incorrectly... Highly recommended. Great equipment

The pricing was great! They arived on time for set and pick up. Delivery poison was very personable and friendly. I will definitely us again and refer this company to friends and colleagues
