Bouncers 4 Rent, Inc.:
Dunk tank was delivered in the AM as requested (9AM).Party started 2pm.When client called about the dunk tank target breaking after a couple of throws,I was in Warwick,NY which was over 2 hrs away.There was no way I could make it back to replace the bolt and she understood that.I would have definitely went to fix target if I was on LI.I did test the dunk tank before leaving as I always do but unfortunately it broke after I left.I did advise client I will give her full refund but when I went to pickup,no one was home for me to give money to.I left voicemail that I will mail a check to her.Check is in the mail to client.Dunk tank has been fixed & fully functional.Review by c m.
