Santos was very accommodating to our needs for the evening. Excellent communication before and during our event. The party bus wowed all the guests of our group. We had a great time, and I'm so happy I reserved a bus with this company. There are lot of transportation options in the Boston area, but choosing First Class Limo was a no-brainer. They have great reviews online, and I can see why.

I was never told here wouldn't except a check for payment. He then agreed to a cash payment at the event. He then called me and said he was not going to wait and if he didn't have payment his driver was not to move with my daughter and her friends. I was already at the event location. Very rude on the phone! Didn't communicate well. Not the party bus that was in the pictures I was sent.

The only glitch is the time the driver showed up..It was clearly discussed as a 7:30 pick up and he showed up at 5:30 and simply waited outside for 2 hours. I would definitely use them again, I would just confirm the day of event to confirm timeline.

From beginning to end was awesome ! The owner Mr Santos was very processional told me everythi g I needed to know .he ,was always a text away.Manuel was a awesome driver. He made my daughter's party a real great time. He was very thoughtful and did everything in his power to make all the guests comfortable. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Excellent service from the owner who I spoke to first and the driver was professional also I would recommend people this company was outstanding I will rent again I had a 30 seat party bus the inside was nice leather sectional around the whole bus flat screen TV's great experience and I rented it for my daughter sweet 16 party
