It was such a treat to have this wonderful band entertain my guests. The whole band was fun, friendly and very easy to work with, especially Jim Miller who masterfully handled all the logistics. Jim and his band was excellent to work with. Everything from the small details to the large went wonderfully. They sounded great and was a perfect fit for our event! If you need a bluegrass band this should be the one you call first!!

Jim Miller was very thoughtful and courteous from our first conversation till our last. The gig was for a surprise party for my wife and they were very accomodating to our needs and helped make it a really special occasion. The feeback from our guests was the music was perfect for the occasion and most guests, who are not bluegrass fans, found them enjoyable as they played a variety of bluegrass music. We were very satisfied with the performance of the Bluegrass Sound Band. They were in constant communications with us prior to the event so there were no suprises. They talored their performamce to our needs and they were thoroughly enjoyed by our group of over 400. Our only regret is that due to our program's time limitations we could enjoy them for a longer period.

They were proactive in updating and contacting me. I was in constant communication with the leader of the group and he was always friendly and helpful. They are a fun group and they interact with the audience. They are extremely talented musicians. I would definitely invite them back!

The only complaint was the speakers inside the cafe were a little muffled - but that may have been the facility's effect. The band was great and the speakers outside sounded real good.

Nice Guys. Great music. Provided wonderful post-show cds. Some confusion between myself and band leader on form of final payment, when we could get them fed and how we could accomodate some of their needs. But band showed up early and did a great job. Hope to book them for future events.

Great sound, really fun show--and they recorded the event and sent me five copies of the CD afterwards, which was fantastic. The only complaint I had was that when I asked how many members the band would have at the event, so that I could make sure my caterer provided food, I was told that there would be six of them and possibly three of their wives. I was very surprised that the band assumed that it would be okay to bring spouses to my event--it wasn't a big deal, because my catering was cheap (and only one spouse showed), but if I'd been paying $35 a head to my caterer, I would have been very angry at the assumption that I'd be feeding their spouses as well.

The contract stated they would perform for 4 hours. They didn't finish setting up until closer to 11:30AM and ended at 2:30PM. It was very hot so they cut the performance short, but we still paid for the whole 4 hours. Overall, they were very nice guys and put on a good show.

We had to help them set up their tent, which took until about 11:30, which caused us to start late. Not our problem, theirs. The heat was terrible and I thought they agreed for us to stop. We still stayed there until after 3:00 packing up our equipment. I thought we did a great job and am sorry they were not satisfied. Jim

They can move around more and make funny moves etc. They just stand and play.

I'm sorry, but we play great music, but do not act like a group of clowns. We do have fun with our music. These people are Iranians and do not understand true bluegrass music, I think. We only played less than an hour, as they had dj's with their native music playing after us. Our overall talent is outstanding, with over 100 years combined expience in our band. We will not play for these people again.
