Elizabeth was an absolute standout speaker at the ETHRA Symposium. Her experience, combined with her powerful storytelling and practical insights, made her session both inspiring and highly relevant to our HR audience. Working with Elizabeth and her team was a dream. From start to finish, they were organized, responsive, and committed to making the event a success. Elizabeth’s warm, inviting personality and authentic approach created an atmosphere that resonated deeply with our attendees. I have been picking speakers for our conference for over 10 years. BEST SPEAKER EVER! The attendees talked about Elizabeth's presentation and the lessons they learned for the entire conference. You have to have her speak at your event - you will be in awe!

As our opening keynote, Elizabeth wowed the audience with her experiences of being a female Blackhawk helicopter pilot. Those experiences, coupled with her humorous story-telling abilities, held our group spellbound. She is, in fact, one of the best professional speakers I have ever heard. From the beginning to the end, Elizabeth completely crushed it!
Her communication, prior to the event, was spot on and her punctuality was perfect.

Elizabeth McCormick engaged my group of 400+ at our annual staff day. She was amazingly able to tie her powerful message back to our profession in a way that captivated the whole group. We all walked away with new confidence in our selves and fired up to be more positive in our daily work and lives. Ms. McCormick worked with us on timing, set up and accommodated our every requirement with grace. I had had more positive feedback from staff regarding her keynote than any other speaker I have booked. I give her the highest of recommendations! Book her today, you won't regret it!

Great initial subject with women in workforce and how to overcome objections. The transition to DISC was not great. Would rather have her continue to talk about her experiences. We didn't feel like she had that "Wow" factor.

MOTIVATING! Worth the Investment and more!WOW! Elizabeth spoke at our Business Development event with diverse business owners from many industries. Not only was she easy to work with in the planning, preparation, and promoting of the event (suggested hashtags and put them on her slides!), but she delivered a POWER-PACKED customized to us presentation that kept everyone on the edge of their seats and mesmerized to the very end. She was energetic and dynamic mixing with the audience before and after, the audience members raved over and over that she was the best speaker we've ever had at this event, and she made the planning committee look like heroes!!

I would highly recommend her to speak for any organization that is needing to get their workplace motivated! Elizabeth did a GREAT job at our corporate event! All of the reviews from the participants were very positive. She incorporated audience participation which had everyone engaged, and she carries so much energy that the entire hour she spoke flew by. She was very accommodating and dropped off a few items for us prior to the event which was very helpful. The booking process was simple and she was available by phone and email. Great experience overall!
