I hired a trio for a birthday party. First off they were an hour later. They didn't even bother to call and let is know. Secondly, when of the players couldn't even stand and needed to sit the entire time. Trios are not usually sitting but rather standing. He was just so old he could not stand. So if you want an energetic trio or mariachi they are not for you. Totally regret booking them.

The mariachi did not dress in mariachi uniform.When they got to the party they were unsure of what to play. I wanted them just to play but they would stop after every song and ask for requests. There was a moment when one of their phones rang and it held up their performance. I was left with a negative perception of them. They mentioned that they usually do two hours and they were not really making anything so if I could give them gas money.We agreed on a price and time, there shouldn't have been any complaints. I wouldn't do business again with them. The group was nothing like advertised.I felt embarrassed. My dad was not completely happy.

We were very very happy with Aurelio's group. They showed up early (which was important since it was a surprise b-day party) and were very accommodating. Everyone in the group was not only talented but very friendly and kind people in general. No doubt we'll be hiring this group again.

aurelio reyes was by far the best singer i have hired. not only was he courteous and professional but he and his group had a great selection of music. we ended up having him sing for us 4 hours. great voice!

They were excellent performers, and getting set up and organized with them beforehand was a breeze with Sally. She accommodated my request for a different musical instrument, and she and the rest of the band were all set up and ready to go for our surprise party when we walked in. Really happy with them and hope to have more events where we can include them!

I had the Aurelio Reyes El Gallo de Chiapas Mariachi Trio play a song while I proposed to my girlfriend and so everything had to happen exactly on time and in the right way. They delivered an amazing experience that both of us will treasure for the rest of our lives - I'm so glad I chose them, the song they played meant my GF chose me!

We had a lot of fun starting our party of with Aurelio! They did some requests and my husband even joined them on his trumpet. It was a great addition to our Dias de Los Muertos party. I would definitely recommend them!

I received a call from him asking to change the time because he had another event. It felt like he was trying to strong-arm me into changing my time because he told me he would have to send me a different group (their "b" squad). I didn't change my time and he said he'll show up regular time. They arrived 45 minutes early and called me and let me know they can start whenever also they asked if we.like them to give them a tip. When they played, they were just OK. The guests requested songs and they didn't know the songs. The overall experience was OK. I've had plenty of Mariachis play and these were by far the worse.

Gallo de Chiapas was a great performer, he was a surprise addition to my wedding plans and when everyone saw that mariachi was performing, they were left in a state of awe. My guests enjoyed them, and I definitely enjoyed them, but most importantly, my beautiful bride enjoyed them the most. I would definitely consider them for the future!
