Jose and his guys were amazing. This year's event was the by far the best event we have had so far and a big part of that was the entertainment! We will use them again next year for sure!

A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!!! So happy with their performance. Many of our guests were stunned at their talent. They are definately one of a kind. They knew the appropriate hymns for a Catholic mass. They also played for cocktail hour and dinner at the wedding. Excellent variation of traditional Mexican songs and American classics, i.e. Frank Sinatra and even modern songs. Super happy with Mariachi Monumental de Mexico.

They were on time, professional, and very talented! My husbands Mexican family was very impressed and everyone really enjoyed the music! It was easy to book and easy to communicate with them. They were GREAT! Arrived a few minutes early and ready to start on-time. We discussed the kind of music and volume we wanted based on the gathering and they were spot on. The main contact - Anthony was helpful and very friendly. This is the first time that I've used Gigmasters or hired a mariachi and I was a little worried there would be glitches, but everything went off without a hitch and they were the highlight of the party. Would definitely recommend them out to anyone who asks.

These guys were simply put, THE BEST!!! Not only was there music superb, but their spirit's were reverent, alive and humble. Their uniforms were perfect, their instruments were polished and classy, they interacted with the audience and even got the kids in the pool alive with their music. They were really the BEST Mariachi band that I have ever seen. All great guys. I would highly recommend them to anyone out there! I am a very highly trained professional in my field and I know music as it was my master craft and study for many MANY years and they are really great musicians. HAD A REALLY FUN TIME!!!

They were wonderful. The one thing that set them a part from other mariachi groups is the fact that they were work very closely with you to identify the type of music you want play at the church and reception as in our case. They made sure to help maximize their playing time so folks could enjoy their music. The group was worth every penny and they made my wedding very memorable.

The mariachis were LATE!!! After our wedding ceremony, we were on our way to the cocktail reception when I received what was a courtesy call from Mariachi Monumental saying they were running late because of heavy traffic, mind you this was 30 minutes prior to their contracted time. In short they were 1.5 hrs late, and threw off our wedding program making what was suppose to be a fun memorable evening a very stressful one for the bride. Musically, they were the best Mariachi group I have ever heard and really catered to the crowd. In the end we renegotiated the original contract fee, but sadly we now only have stressful memories of our wedding day.

Showed up over 45 minutes late for my cocktail hour and did not perform. Overly dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism of the band leader and his lack of communication during this process. I tried getting in touch with him numerous times and never received any call back. Day of my wedding I received a call from another band member to advise that they had over booked and had overlap for 2 events. I will never use gig masters again and expect a refund of my booking fee.
