The band was amazing and patient with some of the changes during the party as far as what time they would play. They were great and sounded amazing! I already gave their information to a few people the same day. When you can start with a song like El Cantante by Hectoe Lavoe and kill it, they are good! Thank youuuuu!

Tempo Alegre was absolutely perfect and brought the house down at my wedding. They are incredibly talented, expert musicians and singers who sound like they should be playing sold out shows. Really, they are live recording good. They were also very easy to work with and alternated playing with my booked dj very seamlessly. I was in contact with Jose prior to booking and he was very communicative and flexible re: our reception plans. I'm still getting rave reviews from my guests who piled onto the dance floor when they performed and didn't stop dancing. Book them as SOON and as often as you can!!

Singer and the band was awesome. The music repertoire was diverse and well known. The sound was clear. The whole show brought an excellent vibe to my event. Tempo Alegre was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! We hired them for our Hispanic Heritage Month Party at Fred Astaire Dutchess. Jose was very accommodating with what we were looking for! He was able to assemble the size of the band requested based on our budget. When planning prior to event responded in a timely manor! Great communication. Very professional. The band arrived earlier than requested to set up. Music was OUTSTANDING! Our team loves live Latin music. The night was amazing, our students had such a wonderful time and the band members were very personable and funny. Such a great time. Can’t wait to have them back for our next event!!!! Our students are still raving!

We hired Tempo Alegre for ny sister's surprise 40th birthday party. It was small with about 30 people but they engaged with us and gave us a 100% performance. They were so friendly and so fun that my sister is still talking about it 3 weeks later. I highly recommend and will be booking them again.

Tiempo Alegre was an amazing band! They were the best addition to my husband's 40th birthday party. Everyone was surprised by how good they sounded (singer really resembled Hector Lavoe's voice). Jose was very professional and communicative. Can't wait to hire them again for our summer bash!

Hi Tiempo Alegre I have to say that everyone was so impressed with this group.They made my gm 90th Birthday so memorable. The old Spanish music with the youthful energy was priceless. Jose and his band were unbelievable. We all felt like we were in PR. I plan on having them again I can not have another Latin Party with out them. I 100% recommend them and I have never written a review but I was that impressed. WE danced non-stop. I live in the Hudson Valley so it was a hike for them. They were prompt and organized and willing to accommodate any request we had. Tiempo Alegre if you are reading this, Its Lizzette and thank you again we love you!!

This band did an AMAZING job for my moms 80th birthday party recently. It was booked last minute and they did their best in singing that were requested. They also early and waited for the party to start. Overall, professional, talented and accommodating. Book them and you will NOT be disappointed!!!

They were great! I hired them for my dad's 75th surprise birthday party. They arrived early to set up and were great with our guests. They worked a few of my dad's favorite songs into their set, which I really appreciated. I also told them that my dad loves to play with the band, and they invited him on stage to play on more than one occasion. Overall great experience. My mom even said she'd love to hire them for our next family party.

Working with Tempo Alegre was an amazing experience and definitely the highlight of our celebration. From the first moment we communicated they were incredibly professional, kind and accommodated all our requests. The day of the event they got there on time and prepared. They sounded sooo good!!!!! They really know how to put everyone on the dance floor. My husband was so happy we chose him for his birthday party. I will hire them in a heartbeat again and I am sure many of our guests too. Very Professional and were very flexible with our situation. We are Fred Astaire Dance Studio of Princeton and were nervous about space and volume capacity however they sat in very well and all the Music was very Dance-able!

Performed at our Ballroom and Latin dance studio 8/4/18. Great musicians, friendly, professional, and very responsive to our slightly different musical needs as our clientele dances more than just Salsa. They were able to play Cha Cha, Rumba, Bolero, Bachata and Merengue for our students to dance to. Great night was had by all! Thank you Jose and Tempo Alegre!
