Very good. Darryl was super easy to work with, was extremely professional, and was very, very talented. All of our guests enjoyed his music and we received lots of compliments. They accommodated a range of musical requests, and were terrific. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

We are ecstatic that we found the Darryl Brenzel Group! They made our daughters wedding reception truly magical and memorable! We received countless complements from guests during and after our event. The performers were so professional, well dressed and talented. The music was outstanding and very tasteful. They were extremely accommodating with song choice, music style, start/end time and last minute requests. They even accompanied my husband (he wanted to surprise the new couple with a song). Communication was prompt and easy. We couldn’t be happier. We would highly recommend them for any event and can’t wait to have the opportunity to hire them again!

This event was for my daughter's wedding and we wanted some light background jazz for the cocktail hour. I really liked the three recordings that he offered up as samples at Gig Masters. Darryl proposed to bring a trio (sax, piano, bass) as a drummer would tend to bring it to the foreground. I asked them to play standards from the “Cool Jazz” scene of the 1950’s. Darryl and his group really delivered. Our guests were impressed and very much enjoyed the music that the Darry Brenzl Group performed at our event. I would highly recommend them.

The Darryl Brenzel Group was excellent. We hired them as a trio of sax, upright acoustic bass, and piano. Great selection of jazz standards played beautifully. I'm a drummer and have played standards with a few trios and quartets so I know these guys can play. Darryl was easy to work with and emailed ahead of time with some questions about the evening to ensure he could give us the best entertainment for our corporate dinner. I would use them again and highly recommend them if you are looking for a good variety of jazz music.

We couldn't have been happier with the Darryl Brenzel Group. They were consummate professionals-- once I showed them where to set up, I never had to give any further instructions. They were also very prompt, friendly and accommodating. And, just as importantly, they are excellent musicians-- we received numerous compliments on our band selection. We will certainly seek them out for future events.

Overall experience with Darryl was fantastic! The sound was excellent and was perfect for my small wedding ceremony. Many of my guests complimented the band. We aren’t a big group of dancers, but enjoyed the music while we had dinner in the middle of the woods. I requested a special song for our first dance that is not a part of the bands usual repertoire, Darryl met my request and exceeded my expectations. It sounded amazing, I had not told my husband what the song would be, he was so surprised and loved every minute of it. Thank you so much Darryl!

Daryl Brenzel Group played for three hours at our wedding reception. He was very personable, easy to get in contact with, and answered all of my questions promptly. Darryl provided a reasonable quote for a jazz trio for an evening birthday reception for my wife and our family and friends. We had brief emails before hand about dress and any requests we might have. They arrived well ahead of the time they were to start playing and set-up efficiently and professionally. They played for 2 long sets with a brief break mid-way through the 2 hour gig, which we talked about briefly before they began playing. The music was wonderful with many guests commenting about how beautifully they played and set a very classy and relaxed vibe to allow everyone to mingle. Really highly recommend them.

Terrific to work with to make the arrangements. Absolutely reliable. Magnificent musicians. I cannot imagine a better group for this kind of gig--including my own. I work with a trio that does these kinds of events. It consists of solid professional musicians, but Darryl and his the musicians on this gig played at a much higher level than we do.
