I hired The Kensie Jazz and Dance Band for a Christmas Holiday work Party. All the guys came way before the scheduled time which I loved. The music was great and they were all very professional and kind people. I would highly recommend. I am a very organized person and this band is as well. A pleasure to deal with. We had the Kensie Jazz Band play the reception, and they also provided a piano player for the ceremony. The music was a big hit and everyone loved it. The musicians were very flexible and were able to perform one of my own compositions flawlessly.
Additionally, communication with the band prior to the event was good. It was very clear what they needed and responses were very timely. I would highly recommend them.

The band that Julie assembled for our sailing regatta was truly professional in many ways. They were impressively talented, played just the right music through the dinner into the evening for dancing and they played a variety of musical styles with apparent ease. The songs they chose spanned the 40's to the present. The business dealings were professional and painless. I received many rave reviews about the band from our members.

Professional, punctual, talented, and easy to work with. They came prepared, they were very pleasant and an absolute please to work with. The event was my Father’s 75th birthday. I asked them to play a couple of James Taylor songs and they learned the songs before the party for us and played them amazingly. Highly recommend The Kensie Jazz & Dance Band.

I hired the Kensie Jazz Ensemble to play for our store opening party. With the intention of this celebration to create an elegant, yet fun atmosphere -they could not have been more perfect! They were easy and quick to communicate with beforehand, were on time, professional, and best of all, a wonderful group of incredibly talented musicians, with Julie's rich, sultry, seamless vocals setting the perfect tone for the evening. We hired Julie and her band for our wedding reception and they were really amazing. Everyone commented on how great the music sounded and how lovely her singing voice was. Our wedding wouldn't have been the same had we gone with someone different.
Prior to the wedding, Julie was very responsive and professional. She answered every question we had in great detail so that we felt comfortable with what we were purchasing. She also accommodated special song requests for us and played them beautifully.
I would highly recommend Julie and her band to anyone in the future.

We hired the Kenzie Jazz band to play our small/intimate 40 guest wedding at the Grand Victorian in Niagara-on-the-Lake this past summer. We couldn't have chosen a more wonderful, talented (and stylish!) band. Julie's voice is out of this world, and the band completely knocked all of our guests socks off. I had made a request for a song that the band was not familiar with for our first dance (These Arms of Mine by Otis Redding.) Much to our surprise, the band learned it and played it for my husband and I. It was simply beautiful, and one of the great highlights of our special night. Thank you Kenzie Jazz for helping make our wedding a dream come true.

I hired Julie and the Kensie Jazz band for my wedding that just passed on May 20th 2017. they were incredible! I had them located out in the foyer where guest entered. it brought class and sophistication to the wedding. guests were enjoying the performance while in the receiving line and I received a lot of great feedback from guests at the end of the night. I would highly r commend them. I know I searched a lot of bands when looking and what sold me on Julie and the Kensie band was the audio you can listen to online. Julie also was amazing with communication! Any question or email she would respond back to me within the hour.
