Laurie was amazing in every way. She is super talented, has a beautiful voice, is a writer, and is a pleasure to work with. She was even a participant in the American Idol talent show. I hired Laurie to celebrate my 50th Birthday (~30 guests), and everyone loved her!! She reads the crowd very well and is a great entertainer and singer. I highly recommend Laurie. Laurie was perfect for our party. We had a house party for my dad with an all black, country theme. She dressed the part, played a great playlist, and was interacting with the crowd. We'll definitely hire her again!

We used Laurie for our wedding and she was fantastic! She was willing to learn special songs for us and also gave us great suggestions based on what she knew. She was very responsive and professional. She also dealt with unexpected cold and snowy weather and didn't skip a beat. She helped make the day very special and memorable for us.

Laurie was excellent! She learned "On Eagle's Wings" and played it as I walked down the aisle with my mom and dad. It was so special because it's my dad's favorite song and it was a surprise for him...it was amazing! She learned another song too! I was completely happy with her performance and I would recommend her to anyone! At the cocktail hour she kept the kids entertained and that was awesome! After the wedding several people came to me to tell me that they thought she was great and totally made the ceremony special. She did everything we asked and more! Five stars for Laurie Dameron! Couldn't have been happier with choosing her!

Laurie D is extremely versatile - exactly what I hoped for! A "Celebration of Life" service is very specialized and takes great care. Our family & friends were comforted with poignant music and after the service part we partied in honor of my sister. This was held at her assisted living facility. Laurie did everything I requested and then some! She's a great entertainer and I suggested to the director that they have her become a regular for their parties. Her acoustical guitar music and singing was enjoyed by all. She has an extensive playlist and tons of experience with seniors. This is just one facet of Laurie's talent, she will accommodate your function perfectly!

Laurie met our expectations and was well received by our attendees. She arrived in plenty of time and was set up and ready to start playing at 6 PM, as we requested. She and I went over the song list well in advance and I gave her a few suggestions as well. I was pleased that she played all three requests (I think she may have had to learn a few). She also was attentive to special requests throughout the evening. The volume was a little too high at times, but Laurie was responsive when I asked her to tone it down a bit. We stopped playing a little sooner than I had hoped. We will consider asking her to play for us again.

Laurie was very friendly. Good singer and entertainer. Had to have BBQ inside so it was a little snug and the sound was a little off because of the size and location of room. Would of liked to hear more popular music. Over all liked the music. Not very many people stayed to listen, so could of used her for maybe an hour, but not two. Will not have inside again. needed room to dance and get people having a good time.
