She was very pleasant, professional and kind performer. She was willing to work with us and very flexible. She invited us to her home so she could play a couple of melodies and we could choose from those. Very nice, I could completely trust her and her harp is beautiful! Thank you for everything! :)

We really wanted a harpist and we were glad that we did it. Adding the harpist was a great additional dimension to our wedding program. The highlight was the harpist playing 'Here Comes the Bride' as my wife entered the ballroom. Sandra was very pleasant and good to liaise with prior to the event. She made things easy for us and was certainly professional. She even added the extra touch of suggesting that she could wear a traditional outfit as ours was an Indian wedding. I would definitely recommend to others!

Sandra Salstrom was a wonderfully easy person to work with and all communication was promptly handled. Ms. Salstrom was early to work and ready to play at the appointed hour. I am sorry to say that I did not get to hear her play. I don't know if it is because the Harp is a very quiet instrument and I was not in the room where Sandra set up the Harp. I was told that having her play was special and added much beauty to the reception. I was so impressed with the Company that was her agent.

I always ask the host or coordinator to tell me if any part of room can’t hear. It’s easy to move the harp or connect my amplifier Lovely person to work with for mother's funeral The directors asked her where to put me then directed me to guest arrival near family area. 15 mins before start time she came, said was sorry not to hear me, pointed to her watch Maybe to say she knew she wouldn’t hear from the family area? I asked if she wanted an early start so I did. I played 15 mins beyond the agreement After, I asked her for feedback She sent a thank you letter. Her comment and somewhat low rating here puzzle me.
