Melody was wonderful from the beginning. She was willing to play the songs we requested and make them fit beautifully into the ceremony, even though ours was a little untraditional. Having her play at our wedding was such a wonderful touch and we are so glad we hired her! She was professional, accommodating, friendly, and easy to keep in touch with. Everyone at our wedding commented on how lovely the music was! We would highly recommend hiring Melody!

Melody was great to work with.
We had to change venues 3 days before the wedding and she just said to let her know where she needed to be! She arrived early to get set up and the music was great.

Over slept and didn’t make it to the wedding but let us know 45 minutes before and did offer to pay to rent our venue longer to make it on time but venue was already booked. She also offered to come perform at dinner. It didn’t work for us because we rent a public space for dinner.

I am so truly sorry. It doesn't matter that this is the first time this has happened in 40 years as a professional musician. It did happen, the review is fair and I have to live with it.
It's part of the problem of moving to an area where the venues are so far away, there is little room for error. Truly sorry I learned this lesson at your expense.
I so regret not being there to add to your joyous wedding. Once again, if you are ever in the Asheville area, I would be glad to provide music freely for anytime, anywhere.

Melody communicated with me several times to be sure that she supplied the experience our gathering desired. In this case she developed a playlist, played the piano and sang tunes that supported the theme of our event. She was organized, punctual, extremely friendly and approachable. We were very pleased with Melody's performance for our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour. She did a great job with including different types of music to entertain everyone there. She also was very helpful when it came to making all the decisions about what song to play. Would highly recommend.

Melody Cooper was a true pleasure to meet and a joy to work with in preparation for & during our daughter’s wedding. She played beautifully all the song selections we had planned for in advance. She is extremely professional and I would highly recommend her to everyone. You will not be disappointed. Melody was very accommodating due to inclement weather and change of venue last minute, and was able set up immediately without missing a beat. The Harp added such a beautiful touch to the wedding. Working with Melody was an absolute pleasure! She's a pro in every way -- responsive, friendly and willing to add to her repertoire. She was quick to answer questions, and very helpful when this sometimes-vacillating bride couldn't come to a decision about which piece to use when. Most special of all, though, she went above and beyond when she accompanied me on the song I sang during the ceremony, even meeting with me to rehearse ahead of time. I've always wanted a harpist at my wedding, and Melody's skill at her craft brought elegance and extra sparkle to a truly enchanting day! Singing with her was awesome!
