Wow- what an amazing experience! We hired Kristi to play at our backyard garden ceremony. Communication with Kristi was quick and efficient from the very beginning. The pricing is more than fair, especially considering her exceptional talent and experience. She played as guests were arriving, throughout the ceremony and continued until the DJ was setup for cocktail hour to ensure an easy flow of music. During our ceremony, she played beautifully, seamlessly transitioned between songs, and played exactly on cue during different ceremony events. Her music was the perfect addition to an already beautiful and intimate day.

As the bride I was a little overwhelmed by the big day...but I heard raves about Kristi's performance. She performed on the beach on Fire Island, and was very professional about her needs. A nearby neighbor was blasting his stereo at his beach house and it would've affected the performance. Kristi let the wedding coordinator and groom know well in advance so by the time I walked down the aisle I had no idea of what had transpired to make her performance part of my special day.The groom was very impressed by her performance and professionalism... I highly recommend Kristi for any wedding occasion or special event.

Kristi was delightful to deal with and helped us with recommendations for music for our ceremony. We wanted both a harp and flute for our small and intimate affair - and she found a flutist (Ann) to accompany her for the day. To say that our day was magical is a bit cliche - but the live music of the harp and flute truly enhanced the atmosphere. Kristi and Ann were extremely professional, and played wonderfully. They played a mix of classical and modern songs. We would wholeheartedly recommend Kristi for any affair!

Kristi played during our champagne arrival and ceremony at our wedding, and she was absolutely wonderful. All the guests loved her music, and we were very pleased. I spoke to her briefly after the wedding, and she was lovely and so sweet. Her music was beautiful, and she played all the songs we requested during the ceremony and was extremely accommodating. She went above and beyond to play everything we requested. We were so very happy with everything!

Kristi did an excellent job. Kristi was professional from start to finish. I gave Kristi very little direction in term of music and Kristi played pieces that were completely appropriate and thoroughly enjoyable. More importantly, Kristi played beautifully and my guests kept coming over to tell me how much they enjoyed the music. Kristi turned the whole party into a transporting experience. The music was subtle and celestial!!!

Kristi provided a lovely evening of music for our anniversary party. All our guests agreed that she plays beautifully, looks charming, and has a gorgeous harp. As host and hostess it was wonderful to deal with such a professional, who could provide exactly what we wanted with very little guidance from us - she knew what would be appropriate for the occasion and we could just enjoy our party without worries. My only regret is that I couldn't just simply sit and listen and enjoy. I highly recommend her.

I am so glad I found Kristi on Gigmasters for our wedding-she was just what I was hoping for! Kristi was very professional and friendly. She made a point to contact me throughout the process before the event just to check in with me- that was refreshing after all of the other planning that I was doing. She arrived at the event on time, dressed nicely and played classical harp music during the ceremony that we had discussed prior to the event. She then played modern music during the cocktail reception (Led Zeppelin, The Beatles, etc.) I HIGHLY recommend hiring Kristi Shade for your event!

My husband booked Kristi for our April Central Park wedding and I couldn't have been more happy with her! The music was beautiful and her repertoire (both classical and modern) was wonderful. We only gave her a very loose brief of the music we would like and everything she played was perfectly fitted to the moment; my arrival, the license signing and the recessional / photographs. Kristi was punctual and very well presented (she is very pretty!). She needed no direction and happily set up (it was quite a cold day) keeping her case and carrying equipment tidily out of sight of photographs. All our guests have commented on how wonderfully she played. A big thank you!
