Lezlie was very unprofessional. Although she sent me a bid and accepted my offer (my payment went through) she said she is double booked and can not attend my event. She said she does this all the time; when she can not perform at a party, she sends another colleague in her place. I told her that I asked to hire her based on her evaluations and her bio. She didn't seem to get it.

Lezlie has a lovely personality and I have no complaints about her interaction with my guests. The problem is that I requested a Tarot Card reader - she doesn't do that. She sits across from you with a crystal ball, dressed rather 'typical' of a psychic. Like something out of central casting, and frankly a little bit silly. She would ask if you had a question, and then would proceed to give extremely general answers that could apply to anyone. One guest was told extensive details about 'her middle child' and the woman has no children.
This was not at all what I asked for, and I am very disappointed. I would like a full or partial refund.

Highly disappointed ! As soon as I booked the non refundable event it all went down hill. From the very first email I asked if Lezlie would be the one attending my event as I picked her according to her past reviews and comments! Lezlie informed me that she would NOT be the one at my event as she was already booked!! So why accept my event if you were booked??? The physic that attended was nice but no set up or anything special like Lezlies past reviews showed!
Only gave one star as that's the lowest score I could pick!
Again highly, highly dissatisfied and disappointed!
Suggestion to everyone , make sure before booking who will be working your event!!

We hire a psychic every year for our Halloween party. Elizabeth was very kind, professional, sweet, and punctual, however she took much longer with each client than I asked which left a long wait time for a turn and not many people were seen, seemed to be asking a lot of questions more than reading or telling anything.

I can't rate Lezlie, after booking "her" she then said I'm booked but my friend will come. What ? I wanted her, I booked her, not cool. Then her friend shows up 30 min after our choosey time and to boot it was a man. I didn't want a man as my old gypsy women who was gonna sit by my old Frankenstein poster for my party theme. He was dressed as requested and yes guests found him interesting. So that paned out good. I felt that with the cost it wasn't cool that 3 guests who were waiting forever to get fortune didn't get to because as soon as his time was up he was done. I think to much time is spent on some people. He was very nice and interesting.

We had Lezlie at our son's Bar Mitzvah. We changed the time a couple weeks before and she had no problem accommodating. She was punctual, and very engaging with our guests. Everyone had a lot of fun and the feedback we received about her psychic readings, etc. was great. I would highly recommend her for your event.

After confirming several times, our psychic never showed up, never called or emailed to apologize or explain. I would strongly recommend NOT DEALING with Lezlie Bernal.

Our assigned reader Sage looked and dressed the part of a psychic reader, and was friendly and seemed generally interested in our guests. She also arrived on time and stayed to the end of her contracted three-hour period. She was a good reader, but did not adhere well to a 5-minute, one-time reading rule for individual guests, so all could have the benefit of experiencing her services. I saw one guest receive two separate readings--one lasting about 20 minutes. This undoubtedly contributed to another party guest being disappointed in not receiving a desired reading at all.
