Jodine, as Elsa, was very sweet. She was on time and professional. Taking request from all the kids as well as the adults. I was very impressed with her balloon characters. Everyone at the party had a good time.

Jojo herself was awesome . The Facepainting she did exceeded my expectations. The balloon twister was a bit slow in the beginning and wasn't able to do some animals cause they kept popping but by the end I believe everyone got something and were happy. I will definitely recommend Jojo to others and use her services in the future. Thank You Kimberly Holmes

I was very pleased that Jo Jo's Jingles surprised my husband for me when he was over 10 hours away from home. I had no other way of doing anything special for him for Valentine's Day and they made sure to take care of that for me.

I was very disappointed that she didn't come dress up like a clown or did have make up on like a clown. My son loves clowns and I think if she would can dress up he would love it a lot more.

I'm so sorry you were so disappointed. When we talked before the party I informed you I did not have a clown costume no longer because of a recent house fire and you indicated that was ok. I have it posted in my profile and in the bid I sent that I wear a bright casual style not a clown costume. I had a wonderful time with your son though. I tried to give him as much attention as possible and even stayed longer than required to paint him again because he was so sweet. Once again I'm sorry you did not enjoy our visit.

We hired Jo Jo Jingles for our Christmas party for our car dealership. We had facepainting and Balloon twisting for our event. Their skill level and talents were outstanding! We had a tiny awkward moment where some guests overheard them asking children if they had already had balloons made for them as if they shouldn't or couldn't have another one. We felt we hired this vendor for the time slot and not for an amount of items and were displeased having heard this. Overall we were very happy with this vendors services and would definitley recommend them and hire them again for another company event.

So sorry for the misunderstanding. We had 5 minutes left to make a few more balloons and I asked if any of the remaining 6 children had not received a balloon yet since we did not have time to make 6 more creations. 2 girls had not received a balloon yet so I made sure that they got a balloon creation. We like to make sure all children receive at least one creation before we make more for the other children. Many of the children had received more than one creation at this event it was only at the end that they were asked so that all the children were happy. We had a great time and always work hard to make sure all the children are happy:)

Everyone was thrilled with the balloon characters Jo Jo created. She was a huge hit at the event and so pleasant to work with. It was wonderful to see the joy on the children's faces as they watched her create their wishes. She was on time and patient and fast making the balloon shapes. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for this type of entertainment.

Jojo was not accommodating. There were things that happen the day of my event which caused the time to be pushed back. Jojo arrived at 3pm which she was scheduled for. I asked her could she possibly start at 3:30 to 5:30 and it was like I was asking her to donate a kidney. My babies birthday was an event and all other entertainers weee accommodating and helpful except for her. She said that “ I will just be sitting in the sun” I explained that she could go inside the venue. It was really only a 30 minute time change. She said that she would have to charge for the 30 minutes of $50. Her attitude was just not professional. I will never book her again.

I'm sorry you felt I was not professional. I started at 3 and was busy the whole 2 hours because the children that arrived early were finished as others arrived. I thought it worked out perfectly since all the kids were called in at five for cake. I confirmed the time with you the day prior but you never called to change time before I had arrived. It is a 1 hr 45 min drive one way, total of 3.5 hours of driving, all the other Entertainers were local and this may be why they were able to be more flexible, I did notice they left at 5 also. I am confident though that the children loved their designs and you created a beautiful memory for your baby:)
