Well I had over 200 people at my event and she never showed up. I pre-paid and not a phone call or email or anything….JUST A NO SHOW! I finally reached her in the afternoon and she said she couldn't find it. she is out of Irvine, my event was in Irvine in a very well known community. I don't know….how about call or PLAN AHEAD! I was horrified because it was an event to promote my business and I advertised there would be a face-painter. Oh well! NEVER AGAIN!

My assessment... the booking process was not complete, no contract generated which would have contained address and details, my company did not receive any deposit or payment. As for planning ahead, the phone works both ways - no call was made to me prior to confirm. Received a text stating I was fraud and was going to let everyone know. Did not even give benefit of doubt to see if there was a reason as to why a "no show". Received voicemail stating she was going to give me a scathing review and advise 600 real estate agents. Tried speaking with her but when I spoke, she hung up on me. This was unfortunate but is was case of a situation falling through the cracks.
