The face painting was fun. I just wish she was more interactive and spoke to the kids rather than be quite through the Ballon twisting process

Thank you for having All About Fun for Kids entertain at your son's birthday party. I got there 15 minutes early to set up and there were no children to face paint when I started. Guests were late. I had only 1 hour to face paint and twist balloons and now I had less time. More kids showed up than planned so I had to work very fast to get all the kids done. There was not time for lots of interaction with the kids outside asking them what they wanted and what colors did they like plus it was so loud at the party they could not hear me and I could not hear them. I give party's for my kids all the time. I'm a business owner and the last few conversations was very unprofessional. I had a problem with a payment website I was told to use and the owner freaked out saying in so many words "I was lying" she even told me she cancelled my face painter the day before my daughter's 1y bday party. I had to beg her to do it and terms was I needed to pay upfront soon as she got there. Guess was saying she told them no more faces could be painted....we still had a paid hour left so I would have been fine in cutting the ballon twist down some. She had a hard time painting the bday girl and was limited. Another parent said the same.

I’m sorry to hear that Doris was not satisfied. She contacted me only a few days before her party. Arranging payment with her was a struggle, but as a professional, I maintain an appropriate & positive demeanor. I even gave up another job to provide service for her. Doris had someone relay messages to ask me to paint her baby, despite being fully warned that babies cannot easily be painted, as predicted, I could not calm the baby & painted the best I could. I did not refuse to paint any guests who requested a painting, and provided balloons and face painting – more than one per child. I even had time to balloon twist a rose for Doris that I gave to her when I left.

We had a great experience with Deb providing henna tattoos for our daughter's 11th birthday! Professional, personal, and very patient with 14 + excited girls. Would definitely recommend All About Fun and will use them again for entertainment.
