Elvis was in the building! And Wow! What a fabulous performance John Gilpin, as Elvis, gave recently at an assisted living facility in Orange! The residents were thrilled when he entered the room in his white Elvis costume! He immediately had them clapping and singing along. John is great at engaging his audience. The residents loved as Elvis moved around the room and sang individually to them. They are still talking about the program days after the event. Elvis John is so professional and the consummate entertainer. I highly recommend him for any event. You won’t be disappointed. I’ve already booked Elvis John again for a luau event with a Blue Hawaii theme.

John visited our assisted living facility and was absolutely wonderful. Our residents loved his performance as Elvis and he was able to make residents who like to stay in their rooms come out to join us. He was also very punctual and great at communicating. Elvis, I mean John was so amazing! He was able to pull off the perfect surprise for my Mothers birthday party. She was beyond excited to have him part of the celebration and he truly made it perfect. What is an Elvis party with an the perfect Elvis!!
John was great with communicating before the event and the day of. We had zero issues and his outfit was of great quality! He got everyone up dancing and signing! Would definitely recommend him for any event.

John was great! John was incredibly accommodating of the needs of our Memory Care community and did a wonderful job connecting with our residents (which is not always easy). So , I have to say , we organized a surprise party for my Mom, who is a die hard Elvis fan . I knew whoever I booked would need to bring their A game along . From the start Elvis Powers was on point with everything. Easy to work with , accommodating to our schedules, and a very nice guy . Our party was a hot and my mother enjoyed her evening. I would definitely recommend Elvis Powers to all who are looking for a great time , who got everyone involved, thank you so much for the best time !!!!

If you want the real deal Elvis, Elvis Powers is it! I had my Mom's 50th and Elvis Powers performance was the highlight of the night. Elvis really knew how to work the crowd and made sure everyone was having the time of their life! He threw in special touches for the birthday girl too, which we were not expecting so he definitely went above and beyond my expectations! Since the party, I've been overwhelmed with messages about how awesome he was and how much they loved the performance. Elvis Powers was absolutely phenomenal and I would highly recommend booking him for your events!

John performed at my parents 50th anniversary party and was fantastic. He entertained everyone at the party we all loved him! He was professional, and accommodated all of the special requests we gave him. He personalized the show to fit with the theme and my parents personalities. He was very thorough, requested information before the party, and met with us afterward to make sure everything went well! This was the best party ever! My mother loves Elvis. This is the third time we have hired John Gilpin to perform for mom's birthday. This is the second time he performed in her nursing home. All the residents of the home really get involved with his music. They were all singing and clapping, some even dancing. This is a memory care facility where he performed. It is wonderful to see the patients remembering Elvis and his music. I would definitely recommend John Gilpin to anyone. He is very kind and patient with the elderly.

John was great! All the guests loved his performance! He was accommodating and very easy to work with. John arrived early, set up, and prepared for his big debut without anyone knowing about his special role. He made quite an entrance with his smart "Elvis attire!" He has a great voice and song his heart out! Soon everyone was singing along and clapping to the beat! He made our party very special and memorable! I would definitely hire him again, and would recommend him to anyone desiring a trip down memory lane to see and hear the "king!" Thank you John for helping to make our party so much fun!

Elvis Powers made our wedding banquet special. We weren't going to do a formal dance, because we hadn't practiced, but Elvis caused us to get up and dance in front of all of our guests. He commanded the room (big ballroom with 350 guests) and I thought sung the standards very well. He also worked seamlessly with our DJ to get the music loaded into the A/V system. We were very pleased, and would definitely recommend him without reservation.

John did a wonderful job first as a DJ kept the crowd entertained, and even did a game that we requested for the centerpieces that he had never done with ease! But he outdid himself as Elvis for our countdown to midnight for New Year's! We are still getting the compliments from everyone on how awesome he was and what a great time they all had!

John was a true pleasure to work with in planning a surprise visit from Elvis at our 40th anniversary party. His suggestion to pose as a DJ so my husband wouldn't know why he was there worked out beautifully.
He communicated with me promptly and made sure that he incorporated what I wanted for the performance and the renewal of vows. Everyone enjoyed his performance. John as Elvis had a great way of connecting with the audience. He made the renewing of our vows special and entertaining as well! I would recommend him to anyone.
