The song selection was very week - volume of songs was fine but not very many popular artists and even when they did have a popular artist, the songs for that artist weren't the really popular songs. Also there was terrible feedback with their equipment which interfered with singing/listening and lasted for at least half the evening. They were nice people but it was a disappointment.

I am very sorry you were disappointed, but remember we emailed you a complete list of the karaoke songs we have well in advance, and offered to purchase any songs you wanted that were not on the list. The complete list can also be seen on our Gigmasters page under "about" and "song list" As for feedback, that happens when someone with a microphone gets too close to the speaker. This happens sometimes in mobile karaoke situations where the speakers are not mounted overhead to keep them away from the singers. Again, we are very sorry for your disappointment.

Dave was so easy to work with and our dancers had a great time! It was a young group and he was prepared with games and knew exactly what music they like. We can't wait to have Neon Express back again!

I was so happy using Neon Express for our Wedding. Our DJ Mark did an amazing job and kept everyone on the dance floor. Although we had never met in person I was confident that he had everything under control at all times. Having a great DJ and sometimes make or break a wedding; Mark put us at the top of the summer wedding list! So happy with this service!

Our D.J. Mike did a fantastic job at our 40th anniversary party. He called us several days before our event and discussed what we liked and gave us options. He really put my mind at ease about the party so that I was not worried about anything. My guests all enjoyed the music even if some of them did not dance.

Our DJ had a family medical emergency right after dinner. Some people would've packed up and left, not our guy. Not only did he wait until a replacement was shown everything we requested and shown the equipment, he told me "I'm not going to let this wreck your wedding"! He went above and beyond in a time of crisis to assure customer satisfaction. I hope all turned out well and wish them the best!

Dave made sure our wedding went smoothly. Very professional and understanding. My wife and I had such a great time with the karaoke: Dave even downloaded songs at our request. The price was super reasonable as well. We plan to hire him for parties in the future!

Mike did a great job. He was willing to come out on the dance floor and help our guest learn new dance moves. He also did his best to make sure everyone's request's were played.
