The Downtown Band is awesome! With so much incredible musical talent in Nashville, finding a wedding band can feel a little daunting. We could not have been more thrilled with our choice! Justin is super easy-breezy to work with while getting ready for the big day and the band was certainly the highlight of our night. They are so good at feeling out the crowd and keeping everyone dancing all night. Thank you guys for such an unforgettable evening!

We were married on Saturday and had a blast with the Downtown Band at our reception. They were extremely professional, fun, very talented, and accommodating of a frenzied bride :). We had tons of compliments at the end from all age ranges- from the 15 year olds to the 60+ year olds at our weddng. The guys learned two special songs for us and on their break played a couple others that we spontaneously requested. Many thanks, Justin and DTB!

Everyone had a great time and you guys kept the energy up which we needed as the night grew on. I cannot count on 2 hands how many people came up to me and Emily and asked where we found you guys, so hopefully word will spread on you guys throughout north Alabama. Again, thank you for everything.

The Downtown Band played our wedding reception in Memphis, TN on October 15, 2011, and they were absolutely fantastic. Justin was very professional and easy to work with, and they were very flexible in accomodating several of our special requests. The Downtown Band was very punctual, and they sounded fabulous (the horn section was awesome!) and several wedding guests commented on how great the band was. The dance floor was packed for every song, and we were sad to see it come to an end. I would definitely recommend hiring The Downtown Band for your next event!!

Fantastic!! The only thing I could comment on is the timing of their break happened to be just prior to the end of our silent auction. We were thinking that they were going to announce the upcoming end of the auction, but they didn't. Then we couldn’t use the microphones to make any announcements either since no one was around. Other than this, we had excellent comments.

This band is amazing!They completely made the whole reception! They chose the best song list. Everyone was on the dance floor the whole reception because it was just hit after hit. Jordan the lead singer was so easy to work with, professional, and MC'd the night wonderfully. The bands energy was explosive and they interacted with the crowd a ton. Both of the female singers were hitting alllll the notes. Beyoncé, Ariana Grande. Easy. And the male singers, woah! Bruno Mars, Michael Jackson. Nailed it.They went WAY above and beyond and learned a song I had requested them to play THE DAY OF and it sounded like they'd been playing it for years. Book this band. Just do it.

We absolutely LOVED having The Downtown Band for our wedding on New Year's Eve. Many guests commented on how they were the best wedding band they'd ever heard. I was the bride and I literally can not say enough of how great I thought The Downtown Band was!! They played all types of music - which ensured everyone would have a fun time on the dance floor! Honestly, I would recommend this band to EVERYONE. It was one of the best parts of our wedding night!!!

The band helped make our wedding the party of the year! People were crowded around the dance floor as we did our first dance. Once we finished, the floor was rushed like a concert's gates opening. Everyone stayed on the dance floor all night and had the best time. The band played just about every genre/decade and nailed each song. Everyone was asking us who the band was all night and for the next week after. We went with the Grande (Full Band package) and it was worth every penny. During planning our wedding, we agreed we wanted all of our friends and family to have a great time and that expectation was greatly surpassed. We would highly recommend them for any event!

The Downtown Band was amazing! A true concert experience! Working with them was easy. They have multiple music packages to choose from to fit the event just right.
Basically every guest said the band was 'the best' music experience they have ever had at a wedding. Great songs, great energy, incredibly talented. We could not be happier.

We had The Downtown Band for our Company's Employee Awards Banquet. They were amazing on so many levels. We were in the middle of an ice and snow storm and they still made it to our venue (4 hours away in good weather), in the middle of nowhere, right on time. They were all very friendly and easy going, just a joy to work with. Their sound is amazing! We had the Jazz for social hour and the "Grande" 10 piece for dance time. They kept the crowd hopping. Thank you guys for making our Winter Wonderland banquet a great success. We are already planning to have them back for our next function and passing their name on to our other plants worldwide.
