Overall our wedding was amazing. Our guests loved the band and DJ combo. The only issue we had was working with the booking contact for the band. He was difficult to work with and there were a couple requests that changed at the last minute. We had secured the band with the intention of having a lead male vocalist. A couple weeks before the wedding we were informed that vocalist was double booked and a female would be taking his place. The female vocalist was talented, but we were bothered by the change in plans after the contract was signed. Again, the band and DJ were great and fulfilled expectations, so the only downside was working with the booking manager.

I'm glad to hear that overall the wedding was amazing and our clients were mostly pleased. With regard to the singer being "double booked" due to the singer having a son pick the same day to get married...in Memphis TN. We have never had this situation happen in over 20 years and 2500 weddings. While it may have been somewhat disappointing, we did everything in our power to make good and brought in a much more experience female singer,who is a recording artist, singer song-writer as an "upgrade" for this client. I felt we acted in good faith, and made the best of an issue that was our of our control. I accept a satisfaction score of 4 gladly, we normally get 5s.

Amazing and fun. They stuck to our theme and made our day complete. Even after our guests were mostly gone, they got us laughing by playing surf music. That was wonderful!!!!

There were several factors that we had to consider in booking a band for our wedding. 1. Music 2. Equipment to support the music 3. Flexible with our program and taste in music 4. Price and availability Rockin Jazz Big Band satisfied all this and went beyond our expectation. The music sounded amazing and they learned 2 new tunes for us (one of which was for my father/daughter dance <3). They were professional and flexible with the program that we had. Bill was great to work. He communicated with us thoroughly and supported us in many ways. We will consider booking them again for other events in the future (maybe baby shower?) :) -Tiffany & Huy
