I'm glad to hear that overall the wedding was amazing and our clients were mostly pleased. With regard to the singer being "double booked" due to the singer having a son pick the same day to get married...in Memphis TN. We have never had this situation happen in over 20 years and 2500 weddings. While it may have been somewhat disappointing, we did everything in our power to make good and brought in a much more experience female singer,who is a recording artist, singer song-writer as an "upgrade" for this client. I felt we acted in good faith, and made the best of an issue that was our of our control. I accept a satisfaction score of 4 gladly, we normally get 5s.Review by renee b.
