I had so many people approach me after an event we held with Doc Rock-It, just oo-ing and awe-ing at how fun this band was! They are very easy to work with, very professional, and really liven up a room. I didn't have any problems with scheduling and the event ran very smoothly. We've had Doc Rock-it perform at our school a few times in the last couple of years and they never disappoint! Would DEFINITELY bring back and recommend to others :)

Outstanding group. This band is the bomb! Recommend in a heartbeat. Special requests, learned new song just for our gig. Professional to the max. Easily the best oldies cover band in Socal...I've seen a bunch. Rock on Doc!

Doc Rock-It was amazing and exceeded our expectations. We found them here and saw all their reviews and were extremely excited about booking them. John called us almost immediately after we expressed interest and noticed they were available. He held the day of our wedding for us as a courtesy and quickly scheduled an audition so we could make a final decision. The day came and the music was incredible. The dressed in our color scheme and John was fantastic as an MC. They new how to make the party lively and read the crowd perfectly. They made our wedding a dream come true...

We hired the band for our wedding reception and they were fantastic! We really wanted our first dance to be to a Frank Sinatra song that was not on their song list but they learned it for us and did a great rendition that we were thrilled with. Our guests had a great time dancing - Doc Rock-It knew how to keep people out there, and the dance floor only got quiet between sets when the newer music was playing. Their engagement with the crowd was great - these guys gave it their all for almost 4 hours and really were the perfect band for our crowd (mostly between 30-60 but the youngsters loved them too)!

We just hosted a 70th birthday for my mom, we had over 150 guests of all ages from 2 - 96. We wanted to do a 50's theme and Doc Rock It just nailed it. We asked for 50's tunes, and the band knew them all, everybody was dancing and having fun and loved the band, even the teens were over there dancing. I think this band would work for most any event. The guys are totally cool, polite, professional, well mannered and fun. My Mom is super strict, but the band played by the rules and did everything we asked. Definitely would recommend.

Doc rock-it definitly rocked the place! Awesome talents put together to create this band. Very accomodating to every request big or small. They definitely did a very good job on the two special request songs...even better than we ever expected. We would definitely use them, again, should we have another event in the future. Doc Rock-It was an awesome cover band- exactly what we had in mind for our holiday party! They played a great mix of old and new, plus threw in a few Christmas songs, which was great. They were able to get everyone out on the dance floor and really livened up the atmosphere at our party. The whole booking process was very easy as well, from contact to quoting to payment to arrangements with time and travel, it was all very smooth. Doc Rock-It is very talented and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a great lively cover band for their event. I also wouldn't hesitate to hire them again for one of our events!

Doc Roc-it was amazing! We booked them for our wedding and they had everyone on the dance floor until the very end. I was a little nervous about booking a wedding band but their manager, John, walked me through the process and made me feel very comfortable. Things could not have gone smoother. Doc Rock-It met and exceeded our hopes on every level. It was my daughter's wish that everyone would be on the dance floor - and from age 12-80, they were! Working with John and the band was a dream…professional, incredibly talented, accommodating, gracious and classy…you simply won't find a better cover band for your event. The playlist was large and the band was willing to learn something new as a special request for the bride and groom's first dance. Several guests have since requested the contact information for Doc Rock-It. Finally, we've had the pleasure of hearing them at both an outdoor and smaller indoor venue and they sounded equally fabulous in both!

I highly recommend Doc Rock-It for any special occassion. John was a pleasure to work with and promptly responded to all of my questions. I had the guys perform 50's music for my guests (ages ranging from 20 to 60 yr olds) and everyone enjoyed it and commented on how great the guys sounded. No cheesy 50's performance too...just great music. I would hire them again!

We could not have been more pleased with Doc-Rock-It. They are amazing performers and the perfect wedding band. First, they were very professional. They replied to each of our emails very promptly and were so accommodating in making changes to the playlist and other special requests. Most importantly, they are amazingly talented performers. Their collection of 50's, 60's, 70's and 80's got everyone up and dancing, and we cannot tell you how many people came up to us during the wedding to declare that this was the best wedding band they ever heard. Doc-Rock-It was an excellent choice for our wedding and wonderful to work with. We were married on the top of a hill at Doffo Winery and Dock-Rock--It did an outstanding job playing for our pre-wedding reception and wedding.....and then in the barrel room for dinner and dancing! Their music was excellent for dancing and listening. John also did an excellent job as our emcee!! We highly recommend them.

Most of our interactions were with the talented Jon Steinreich. He was our point person for any questions, our song list, & coordination with our venue & wedding planner. He was always willing to jump on a call with me and very prompt when returning emails. I have to admit, I was a little nervous that there wasn't going to be enough "young" music for our wedding. Over a third of our wedding guests are under 30 so finding music that everyone would like and dance to was a worry of mine. However I should have known not to worry. The guys from Doc Rock It are true professionals and know exactly what they are doing. Our dance floor was packed and everyone LOVED the band.

What can I say about Doc-Rock-It? These guys know what they are doing. Not only do they know how to play and sing, but they are true professionals. They took my event very seriously from the moment I inquired. They made me feel like they truly wanted to make my event special, and they did. These guys have been around the block and it shows. I had a special request for a couple songs that I wanted them to play and they NAILED it. There is no phoning it in with these guys. The musicianship is truly quality. Great group of guys. Hire them and don’t look back.

Oh my gosh Doc Rock-It was AMAZING! They totally exceeded my expectations on every level. All my guests have been asking for their info and I'm trying to think of any reason to have a party just to hear them play again! I am a very hard to please customer, but wow was I pleased. So much of the success of your event relies on entertainment and music selction, if you hire Doc-Rock-It, you will have made an excellent choice, it doesn't get any better!

From start to finish I had a great experience with Doc Rock-It. Their manager (and band member) John was very helpful in making things work and was very enthusiastic about coming to do the gig, which was a medium-sized party on a college campus. The music was great, the sound was crisp, the guys all very friendly, and by the end of the night everybody was jumping up and down to the "Shout!" finale. Doc Rock-It made for an extremely entertaining evening, and they were a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great act to liven up their party -- Luke
